摘要: Visibility packaging for energy storage elements includes a front wall spaced apart from a rear wall and provided with at least one viewing cutout and at least one web having a central apex region fixed to a contact region of the rear wall, wherein the web and the rear wall together form a K-shaped cross section in a closure position and the web closes a removal opening of a receiving space, and the rear wall has at least one perforation that delimits a contact region from a remainder of the rear wall and makes it possible to separate the contact region from the rear wall such that the web can be transferred by a folding operation into a removal position in which the apex region of the web is spaced apart from the rear wall and the web frees the removal opening of the receiving space.

摘要: A method for producing a component of an electrochemical cell includes applying at least one layer of an electrode material to a strip-shaped current collector passing through a coating apparatus such that the current collector, after passing through the coating apparatus, comprises one or more coated strip-shaped sections oriented in a longitudinal direction and being coated with electrode material and one or more uncoated strip-shaped sections oriented in the longitudinal direction. The method further includes assigning a respective uncoated strip-shaped section of the one or more uncoated strip-shaped sections a machine-readable coding that identifies the respective uncoated strip-shaped section. The machine-readable coding is assigned in the form of through holes into the respective uncoated strip-shaped section, or the coding is applied onto the respective uncoated strip-shaped section.

The first and second metal foil conductors extend out of the cylindrical electrode winding from first and second end faces of the cylindrical electrode winding.

An insulator is disposed between an end face of the electrode-separator assembly winding and the first output conductor, wherein the first output conductor is welded to the first of the flat bottom area or the flat top area.

The button cell includes an electrode-separator assembly within the housing having a positive and a negative electrode in the form of flat layers connected to one another by a porous plastic film separator. The electrodes each include a metallic film or mesh embedded in a respective electrode material as a current collector, which acts as an output conductor that connects the electrodes to one of the flat bottom or flat top areas of the housing.
