    摘要: A lithium ion cell includes a ribbon-shaped electrode-separator assembly having an anode, a separator, and a cathode. The electrode-separator assembly has two terminal end faces or two terminal sides. The anode comprises a ribbon-shaped anode current collector having a first longitudinal edge, the cathode comprises a ribbon-shaped cathode current collector having a first longitudinal edge, and the electrode-separator assembly is enclosed in a housing. The first longitudinal edge of the anode current collector protrudes from one of the terminal end faces or terminal sides of the stack and the first longitudinal edge of the cathode current collector protrudes from the other. A contact sheet metal member is in direct contact with a respective longitudinal edge. A part of the housing serves as the contact sheet metal member and/or the contact sheet metal member forms a part of the housing enclosing the electrode-separator assembly.

    摘要: A method for producing a component of an electrochemical cell includes applying at least one layer of an electrode material to a strip-shaped current collector passing through a coating apparatus such that the current collector, after passing through the coating apparatus, comprises one or more coated strip-shaped sections oriented in a longitudinal direction and being coated with electrode material and one or more uncoated strip-shaped sections oriented in the longitudinal direction. The method further includes assigning a respective uncoated strip-shaped section of the one or more uncoated strip-shaped sections a machine-readable coding that identifies the respective uncoated strip-shaped section. The machine-readable coding is assigned in the form of through holes into the respective uncoated strip-shaped section, or the coding is applied onto the respective uncoated strip-shaped section.

An assembly comprises the negative electrode and the positive electrode, the assembly is wound spirally around a winding axis to form the winding, the winding comprises a central cavity, two terminal end faces, and a circumferential winding shell. The electrochemical cell further includes a contact sheet metal member in direct contact with a protruding longitudinal edge of the anode current collector or the cathode current collector. In addition, the electrochemical cell includes a housing, a sensor apparatus configured detect changes in a state of the winding, and a display and/or a contact configured to display measured values and/or via which the measured values can be transmitted.
