Disclosed are a scheduling method, device and system based on quality of service. The method includes: for downlink service data, an access point (AP) or a gateway (GW) determines the quality of service (QoS) level of a downlink service packet of a media access control (MAC) layer according to the QoS attribute information of the downlink service packet of the IP layer, and then the AP transmits and schedules radio resources according to the QoS level; for uplink service data, user equipment (UE) determines the QoS level of an uplink service packet of the MAC layer according to the QoS attribute information of the uplink service packet of the IP layer, and reports the QoS level and the other QoS parameters to the AP in the manner of a scheduling request, and the AP completes the transmitting and scheduling of radio resources according to the QoS level, so that the UE transmits the uplink service data to the AR Aimed at low-cost hot spot and indoor data service access, the present invention provides a novel network architecture and a perfect QoS service mechanism.

Disclosed are methods and systems for providing a constraint-driven environment for implementing a physical design of an electronic circuit with automatic snapping. In some embodiments, the method identifies or creates an incomplete layout. The method identifies an object and constraints for the object. The method then identifies an approximate position for the object in the layout and automatically snaps the object to a drop location based on the approximate position while complying with relevant constraint(s). The method may further align an object with another object with some spacing in between in some embodiments. The method may also perform automatic layer-to-layer snapping between two sets of objects such as cell instances, each having at least one object on multiple layers.

The disclosure discloses a method for determining the resumption of a suspended Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS), which comprises: when the MBMS service is intended to be resumed after being suspended, triggering a network side to send an MBMS Control Channel (MCCH) notification message for indicating a change of an MCCH message; determining, by User Equipment (UE), that the suspended MBMS service is resumed by reading the MCCH notification message and a changed MCCH message. The disclosure also provides a device and a UE for determining the resumption of an MBMS. The technical solution of the disclosure provides a better supplement for reception of an MBMS service in a present MBMS system, and further improves Quality of Service (QoS) of the MBMS system and a UE user's experience.

The present invention discloses a method for obtaining a service list and multimedia broadcast multicast service data, and the method includes: obtaining electronic service guide (ESG) information, receiving a system information block (SIB) 13 from system information, and obtaining a cell service list according to the ESG information and the SIB 13. The present invention also discloses a system for obtaining a service list and multimedia broadcast multicast service data; in the system, a cell service list acquisition unit is configured to obtain ESG information, receive an SIB 13 from system information, and obtain a cell service list according to the ESG information and the SIB 13. With the method and system in the present invention, the cell service list can be acquired, and the receiving of data of multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) service can be achieved after obtaining the cell service list.

The present disclosure discloses a method and system for sending a counting response by a User Equipment (UE) in a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS), wherein the method includes: within a specific period or upon occurrence of a triggering event, the UE actively initiates a feedback process; otherwise, a network side sends a feedback request indication to the UE, the UE sends a counting response to the network side according to the indication, and the network side counts UEs according to counting responses from UEs. According to the solution provided by the present disclosure, the UE may send the counting response according to the feedback triggering condition under the condition of multiple MCCHs, and the network side may count the UEs correctly for enabling or disabling the MBSFN transmission.

The present invention discloses a method, apparatus and system for transmitting a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service notification message, relates to the wireless communication field, and solves the problem that there is not a MBMS notification message transmission mechanism. The technical scheme of the present invention is: receiving a Radio Resource Control signaling, reading subframe configuration information of the MBMS notification message included in said Radio Resource Control signaling; and using a subframe selection rule corresponding to said subframe configuration information to receive said MBMS notification message. The technical scheme provided by the present invention is suitable for the MBMS service.
