Abstract: An optical network unit is configured to send a plurality of optical signals with different wavelengths to an optical line terminal. The optical signals in the plurality of optical signals carry indicating information. The indicating information is used to indicate the wavelength serial number of the optical signal and the temperature information of the laser chip when the optical signal is generated. The optical unit is further configured to receive temperature adjustment information from the optical line terminal; and adjust, based on the temperature adjustment information, the emission wavelength of the laser by adjusting the temperature of the laser chip.

Abstract: An apparatus include a first circuit board, which has a detection circuit. The technology turns legacy, best-effort packet-switching into deterministic circuit-switching for a programmable selection of flows with minimal impact on network dynamics and at relatively low cost.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and software for load management among a plurality of cells that overlap a sector within a Radio Access Network (RAN). In one embodiment, a system receives, at a machine learning system, input data for a sector of the RAN having a plurality of cells overlapping at the sector. The system processes the input data at the machine learning system to determine recommended load distribution parameters for the sector based on a machine learning model, where the recommended load distribution parameters are configured to maximize an aggregated user throughput of the sector. The system applies the recommended load distribution parameters in the sector to distribute users among the cells.
