    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device includes: a substrate; a pixel electrode on the substrate; a pixel defining layer having a first opening exposing a center portion of the pixel electrode; a barrier layer on the pixel defining layer; an intermediate layer including a first common layer, a first emissive layer, and a second common layer sequentially arranged on the pixel electrode, the pixel defining layer, and the barrier layer; and a first opposite electrode covering the intermediate layer. The barrier layer has a second opening that is larger than the first opening and has an undercut structure.

The aligning of the light emitting elements includes applying a first alignment voltage to the electrodes, applying a second alignment voltage to a first signal line overlapping the alignment area, and applying a third alignment voltage to a second signal line overlapping the alignment area. The first signal line is formed of a first conductive layer, and the second signal line is formed of the first conductive layer and a second conductive layer.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a display layer and a sensor layer disposed on the display layer. The sensor layer includes a first electrode, a second electrode including a sensing pattern and a bridge pattern, and a dummy pattern disposed on the same layer as the bridge pattern and spaced apart from the bridge pattern. A plurality of contact holes is defined through the sensing layer, the plurality of contact holes include an effective contact hole through which a portion of the bridge pattern is exposed and a dummy contact hole through which a portion of the dummy pattern is exposed. The sensing pattern is electrically connected to the bridge pattern via the effective contact hole, and the first electrode or the sensing pattern is connected to the dummy pattern via the dummy contact hole.
