Abstract: A method for driving an in-cell touch panel, a drive device and a display device are disclosed. The driving method includes: in a touch period, applying touch detection signals to self-capacitance electrodes, receiving feedback touch sensing signals, and determine a possible touch area provided with at least one self-capacitance electrode according to the variation of the touch sensing signals compared with the touch detection signals; subsequently, taking at least a portion of self-capacitance electrodes in the touch area as a first touch electrode, taking a self-capacitance electrode adjacent to the first touch electrode as a second touch electrode, and determining an accurate touch position according to the principle of the different amount of projection fields between the first touch electrodes and the second touch electrodes. The driving method can improve the touch detection accuracy.

Abstract: The present application discloses a display apparatus including a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel having an array of a plurality of LCD pixel units; each LCD pixel unit including one or more LCD subpixels, at least some of the plurality of LCD pixel units having a semiconductor photodetector in at least one LCD subpixel for detecting biometric information; and an active matrix organic light emitting display (AMOLED) panel having an array of a plurality of AMOLED pixel units, each AMOLED pixel unit including one or more AMOLED subpixels, each of which having an organic light emitting diode. Each AMOLED subpixel corresponds to one or more LCD subpixel.

Abstract: There are disclosed in the present disclosure an array substrate, a driving method of a fingerprint recognition circuit and a display device. The array substrate comprises a substrate. There are formed on the substrate a fingerprint recognition circuit, a fingerprint signal read line, an initialization signal line, a common voltage input terminal and an output control signal line. As such, on one hand, since it is not needed a separate film layer or panel to carry the fingerprint recognition circuit, thickness of a corresponding display device can be reduced; on the other hand, the fingerprint recognition circuit and related signal lines can be formed simultaneously in the process of manufacturing the array substrate, thereby decreasing difficulty in manufacturing the corresponding display device.

Abstract: Disclosed are a pixel circuit and a display apparatus. The pixel circuit comprises a pixel compensation module, a light emitting module and a touch detection module; the pixel compensation module is connected to a first to a fourth scan signal lines (Scan[1], Scan[2], Scan[3], Em), a first operation voltage (Vdd), a data voltage (Vdata) and the light emitting module respectively, and is configured to control the light emitting module to emit light for display in accordance with inputs from the scan signal lines; the touch detection module comprises a detection sub module and an output sub module. The pixel compensation module and the touch detection module are integrated into the pixel circuit, and the pixel compensation module and the touch detection module share the data voltage (Vdata) and the scan signal line in common.

Abstract: A touch display panel, a fabrication method thereof, and a touch display apparatus are provided. The touch display panel comprises an array substrate (20) and an opposite substrate which are arranged to face each other, the opposite substrate includes a plurality of touch sensing electrodes distributed in a row direction. The array substrate (20) includes a plurality of touch driving electrodes (201) distributed in a column direction, a plurality of touch driving electrode wires (202) distributed in the row direction, and a plurality of touch driving electrode connection wires (203) which are distributed in the column direction and are insulated from the touch driving electrode wires (202). Each column of touch driving electrodes (201) include a plurality of touch driving electrode blocks (2011), each of the touch driving electrode blocks (2011) is connected with one touch driving electrode wire (202), and different columns of touch driving electrode blocks (2011) are connected with different touch driving electrode wires (202). Each of the touch driving electrode blocks (2011) includes a plurality of interruptedly distributed touch driving electrode units (2012), and the touch driving electrode units (2012) of each of the touch driving electrode blocks (2011) are electrically connected by the touch driving electrode connection wires (203). An orthogonal projection of the touch driving electrode wire (202) connected with corresponding touch driving electrode block (2011) on the array substrate does not overlap with orthogonal projections of the touch driving electrode units (2012) of other touch driving electrode blocks (2011) than the corresponding touch driving electrode block (2011) on the array substrate. Crosstalk of the touch display panel is reduced, and a touch effect of the touch display panel is improved.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a three-dimensional (3D) touch display device, its manufacturing method and driving method. Touch sensing electrodes and liquid crystal driving electrodes are arranged alternately at an identical layer and insulated from each other in a 3D grating cell. The touch sensing electrodes and the liquid crystal driving electrodes are arranged between an insulating layer and a second substrate, and the liquid crystal driving electrode is configured to drive liquid crystals between the liquid crystal driving electrode and a first substrate to deflect horizontally at a display stage. An electrode layer arranged on a third or fourth substrate is configured to receive a touch driving signal at a touch stage so as to detect a touch operation, and receive a first common electrode signal at the display stage so as to display an image.

Abstract: An array substrate, a capacitive in-cell touch panel and a touch display device are provided. The common electrode layer (20) of the array substrate (1) includes a plurality of touch drive electrodes (6) and a plurality of common electrodes (7), the respective touch drive electrodes (6) extending in a row direction, and the respective common electrodes (7) extending in a column direction. The pixel electrode layer (30) includes a plurality of first conductors (8), projections of the respective first conductors (8) on the array substrate (1) are located in a region where the common electrodes (7) are located, and at least partially overlap with the data line (5) whose projection is located in the region where the common electrodes (7) are located, and a plurality of the first conductors (8) whose projections are located in a same region where the common electrodes (7) are located constitute a touch sensing electrode. Since the touch drive electrodes (6) and the touch sensing electrode (9) are respectively disposed on the common electrode layer (20) and the pixel electrode layer (30), the array substrate with a touch function can be prepared without adding an additional fabrication process, so its preparation process is simple, which reduces the production cost and improves the production efficiency.
