Abstract: This application provides a gateway handover method and an apparatus, to ensure the reliability of a gateway handover of a terminal device and reduce hardware overheads in a gateway handover process. The terminal device receives a synchronization signal/PBCH (physical broadcast channel) block (SSB) from a network device through a service link. The SSB includes an SSB of a source gateway and an SSB of at least one candidate target gateway. The terminal device obtains a measurement value of channel quality corresponding to the SSB of the at least one candidate target gateway, and sends a measurement result to the network device. The network device forwards the measurement result to the source gateway, which determines, based on the measurement result, whether to hand over the terminal device from the source gateway to one of the at least one candidate target gateway.

Abstract: This application discloses a HARQ process control method and an apparatus, and relates to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: A first terminal apparatus determines that a TB transmitted in a first HARQ process is a first TB transmitted for the last time or a newly transmitted TB; and stops a first timer. Further, the first terminal apparatus sends, to a second terminal apparatus, first indication information used to indicate that the TB transmitted in the first HARQ process is a newly transmitted TB. The second terminal apparatus receives the first indication information, and stops a second timer based on the first indication information.

Abstract: This application discloses example image generation methods. One example method includes obtaining a target vector. The target vector can then be separately input to a first generator and a second generator to correspondingly generate a first sub-image and a second sub-image, where the first generator is obtained by a server by training, based on a low-frequency image and a first random noise variable that satisfies normal distribution, a first generative adversarial network (GAN), the second generator is obtained by the server by training, based on a high-frequency image and a second random noise variable that satisfies the normal distribution, a second GAN, and a frequency of the low-frequency image is lower than a frequency of the high-frequency image. The first sub-image and the second sub-image can then be synthesized to obtain a target image.

Abstract: A computer-implemented policy evaluation system for identifying an optimal combination of operational policies for implementation by a plurality of actors, each actor being capable of adopting any of a plurality of operational policies, the policy evaluation system being configured to iteratively perform the following steps: (i) selecting a first combination of operational policies, the first combination defining a policy for each actor; (ii) receiving vectors of values, each representing the benefit of a respective second combination where all but one of the actors adopts the policy defined for it in the first combination and that actor adopts a different policy; and (iii) estimating a ranking of combinations of policies for the actors in dependence on those values and a previously estimated ranking of combinations of policies for the actors.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses example communication methods, apparatuses, and mediums. One example method includes selecting a target side identifier corresponding to a communication type by a media access control (MAC) entity of a first terminal device, where the communication type includes unicast communication, multicast communication, or broadcast communication, and the target side identifier includes a destination layer 2 identifier or a destination layer 1 identifier. A first sidelink logical channel (LCH) is obtained by the MAC entity of the first terminal device, where the first sidelink LCH is an LCH having a highest priority among LCHs that correspond to the target side identifier and the communication type and that have data. A transmission resource to data on the first sidelink LCH is allocated by the MAC entity of the first terminal device.

Abstract: A first terminal obtains a first transmission resource that is sent by an access network device and that is used by the first terminal to send data on a sidelink, where the sidelink is a wireless communication link between the first terminal and a second terminal, and the first transmission resource is a resource of an unlicensed spectrum. The first terminal performs a channel access procedure on the unlicensed spectrum. The first terminal sends first information to the access network device when the first terminal determines that a failure occurs in the channel access procedure performed on the unlicensed spectrum, where the first information is used to request to allocate a second transmission resource to the sidelink of the unlicensed spectrum.

Abstract: A heat dissipation structure is disclose, the structure includes a housing, a first air vent and a second air vent. There is a gap between two neighboring side panels, and the 2N inner-layer side panels are grouped into N groups of inner-layer side panels in an arrangement sequence. A first gap between a first inner-layer and an outer-layer side panel communicates with the inside of the cabinet, or a first gap between two neighboring inner-layer side panels in different groups and a first gap between a first inner-layer and the outer-layer side panel communicate with each other, and communicate with the inside of the cabinet, to form an internal circulation ventilation channel. Second gaps, each of which is between two inner-layer side panels in a same group, communicate with each other, and communicate with the first and the second air vent, to form an external circulation ventilation channel.
