Abstract: A cell handover method and apparatus, and a device. The cell handover method includes: receiving, by user equipment (UE), a handover command sent by a source cell, where the handover command comprises indication information of an uplink scheduling resource indication UL grant indication information of a UL grant of a target cell; determining, by the UE based on the UL grant the indication information of the UL grant, the UL grant of the target cell; and sending, by the UE based on the UL grant, uplink data to the target cell, where the uplink data includes at least one of the following: a handover complete message, a buffer status report, or service data. Embodiments provide a cell handover method and apparatus, and a device, so as to reduce a delay time in a cell handover procedure.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a mobility management method, user equipment, a storage node, and a base station. The mobility management method may include: determining, by user equipment (UE) in a connected state, a source identifier of the UE, where the source identifier is used to identify the UE; allowing the UE to enter a low consumption state after a low consumption activation condition is met, where in the low consumption state, the UE stores a connection context of the UE in the connected state and performs cell camping based on a cell reselection criterion in a moving process; and reporting, by the UE when a first preset condition is met, the source identifier to a second base station to which a second cell belongs, where the second cell is a serving cell on which the UE currently camps.

Abstract: A method includes: allocating, by an eNB, a same uplink shared resource to m UEs, where m≥2; sending, by the UE to the eNB by using the uplink shared resource, uplink data that includes an identifier of the UE and/or buffer status information corresponding to the UE; generating according to successfully received uplink data, feedback information that includes the UE identifier and/or an uplink scheduling grant; and sending, by the eNB, the feedback information by using a MAC PDU, or sending acknowledgement information by using a downlink resource indicated by a combination of an agreed feedback location and an offset. A problem that an eNB cannot correctly send feedback information to each UE when the multiple UEs send uplink data by using a same uplink shared resource and DM-RS is resolved, so that each UE is clear about whether the uplink data of the UE is successfully sent.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a multicast service reading method. The method includes: determining, by user equipment UE, multicast control channel MCCH configuration information, where the MCCH configuration information includes a multicast control channel identifier MCCH-RNTI and MCCH sending period information; determining, by the UE, MCCH sending time information according to the MCCH sending period information; reading, by the UE, an MCCH message according to the MCCH sending time information by using the MCCH-RNTI, where the MCCH message includes configuration information of a multicast service; and reading, by the UE, the multicast service according to the configuration information of the multicast service. Embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a multicast service sending method and a related device. The embodiments of the present disclosure help reduce waste of an MBSFN subframe.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a security configuration method for a radio bearer and a device. The method may include: obtaining, by a base station, a first security configuration message, where the first security configuration message is used to indicate whether security configuration needs to be performed on each of N radio bearers set up between the base station and a terminal device, and indicate security configuration parameters for M radio bearers on which security configuration needs to be performed, where N is a positive integer, M is an integer, and M≤N; and sending, by the base station, the first security configuration message to the terminal device. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, applicability of security configuration can be improved.

Abstract: A semi-persistent scheduling method includes: determining a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration parameter, where the SPS configuration parameter includes an SPS period length, symbol information, and an SPS activation command, where the SPS activation command is used to indicate a system frame number and a subframe number of a first time-frequency resource available for sending or receiving SPS data, and the symbol information is used to indicate a location of a symbol that is in a subframe and that is occupied by the first time-frequency resource; determining resource locations of time-frequency resources available for sending or receiving the SPS data based on the SPS period length, the symbol information, and the SPS activation command; and sending, by the network device, the SPS configuration parameter to a terminal device. Resource utilization of semi-persistent scheduling can be improved, and a transmission delay of the SPS data can be reduced.

Abstract: An interference cancellation method and device are disclosed. In a process of performing cell reestablishment or cell handover, for any interference cancellation parameter previously received from a network-side device, a user terminal can continue to apply the interference cancellation parameter to perform an interference cancellation operation according to a specified first interference cancellation parameter application rule or first instruction information delivered by the network-side device, or release or no longer apply the interference cancellation parameter. In this way, a currently existing problem that a user terminal cannot know how to process a previously received interference cancellation parameter in a process of performing cell reestablishment or cell handover can be resolved, and further, an objective of improving an interference cancellation effect can be achieved.
