Abstract: An information transmission method, a communications device, and a network device are provided. The information transmission method includes: receiving first downlink control information, wherein the first downlink control information comprises scheduling information used to transmit first data, and the format of the first downlink control information is DCI format 6-0B, the first downlink control information comprises indication information, and the indication information is used to indicate that the first data transmitted by the communications device is a first message 3 or a second message 3; and transmitting the first data based on the scheduling information and the indication information. The method and apparatus may be applied to a communications system such as a V2X communications system, an LTE-V communications system, a V2V communications system, an internet of vehicles communications system, an MTC communications system, an IoT communications system, an LTE-M communications system, or an M2M communications system.

Abstract: This application describes a data transmission method, a communications apparatus, a storage medium, and a program product. In one example implementation, a network device is no longer confined to allocating an RB only in a narrowband to BL/CE UE, but can also allocate an RB outside the narrowband to the BL/CE UE, so that resources are flexibly allocated by the network device to the BL/CE UE. In this way, when the network device allocates resources to the BL/CE UE in one subframe, a quantity of fragmented resources that cannot be used by conventional UE in remaining resources in a system bandwidth can be reduced, so that the remaining resources can be used by other conventional UE to a maximum extent, thereby improving system resource utilization.

The information transmission method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, downlink control information sent by a network device, the downlink control information including a resource allocation field, the resource allocation field being used to indicate allocated resource block(s) or a subcarrier resource. The method further includes determining, by the terminal device, an allocated resource based on the downlink control information, and sending information on the allocated resource. According to the method and the device provided in embodiments of this application, a coverage capability of a network is improved, and the method and the device may be applied to the internet of things, for example, MTC, IoT, LTE-M, and M2M.

Abstract: An information processing method, a terminal device, and a network device are provided. In one method, a first bit in downlink control information includes two bits, a bit status of the first bit may belong to a first state set or may be a second state, and a terminal device may perform multi-TB scheduling or single-TB scheduling based on the first bit. When the bit status of the first bit belongs to the first state set, the first state set is {01, 10, 11}, N=4, and the downlink control information includes a first field, the bit status of the first bit can be used to determine a quantity L of TBs scheduled by the downlink control information, and a bit status of five bits of the first field can be used to determine HARQ process numbers of the L TBs and NDI information of the L TBs.

Embodiments of the present application also provide a base station and user equipment, configured to determine an enhanced transmission occasion configuration according to the range which the channel loss magnitude belongs to. Therefore, the base station and user equipment may send and/or receive information on a suitable time-frequency resource and power configuration according to the channel loss magnitude.
