Abstract: A first access network device sends indication information to a second access network device within a first time segment of a first subframe. The first subframe includes a second time segment and the first time segment, the second time segment is used by the first access network device to communicate with a first terminal device, the indication information includes first information, and the first information indicates a communication type of the first access network device within a first target time segment of a second subframe. The first access network device further communicates with a second terminal device or the first terminal device based on a communication type indicated by the first information within the first target time segment. The second access network device can detect a signal interference status in time, and the second access network device can use an interference coordination technology in time.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a resource allocation method, a first node, and a second node. The method includes the following steps: A first node receives downlink control information (DCI) from a second node, where the DCI includes resource indication information, and the resource indication information is used to indicate a transmission resource allocation manner; the first node determines a first resource allocation manner based on the resource indication information, where the first resource allocation manner is used to allocate a transmission resource greater than one narrowband; the first node determines an allocated transmission resource based on the first resource allocation manner and the resource indication information; and the first node transmits data by using the allocated transmission resource.

Abstract: This application provides a reference signal sending method, a reference signal receiving method, an apparatus, and a device, to provide a reference signal sending or receiving mechanism. A first network device determines at least one frequency reference point. The first network device generates a reference signal based on the at least one frequency reference point, and sends the reference signal in the first frequency band. A frequency reference point is determined based on a frequency band. In this case, both the first network device that sends the reference signal and a second network device that receives the reference signal may determine the frequency reference point based on the frequency band, and the two network devices may determine a same reference signal at a same frequency domain location, so that the reference signal sent by the first network device can be correctly detected by the second network device.

Abstract: Example random access methods and apparatus are described. In one example method, a terminal device receives a system message that is sent by a network device on a first downlink carrier. The system message includes first information for performing random access on a first uplink carrier and second information for performing random access on a second uplink carrier. A frequency of the first uplink carrier is higher than a frequency of the second uplink carrier, and a frequency of the first downlink carrier is the same as the frequency of the first uplink carrier. The terminal device sends a random access request message on the first uplink carrier or on the second uplink carrier, and receives a random access response message that is sent by the network device on the first downlink carrier.

Abstract: This application provides embodiments of an uplink power control method and an apparatus, so that impact of interference between network devices on uplink signal transmission can be reduced, thereby helping increase a probability of successfully receiving an uplink signal by a network device. The method includes: determining, by a network device, an uplink power adjustment parameter value of a terminal device, where the uplink power adjustment parameter value is related to cross-link interference received by the network device; and sending, by the network device, information about the uplink power adjustment parameter value to the terminal device.
