    摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages from a base station. The one or more messages indicate one or more monitoring occasions for a DCI. A first downlink reference signal is selected from one or more downlink reference signals based on a received signal strength of the first downlink reference signal being above a value. A radio network identifier is determined, based on at least one index indicating a time resource in which the first downlink reference signal is received. The DCI addressed to the radio network identifier is received. The DCI indicates one or more random access occasions (ROs). A preamble is transmitted, via one of the one or more ROs, in response to receiving the DCI.

The one or more messages comprise: first configuration parameters of one or more cells grouped into a timing advance group; second configuration parameters of a time alignment timer for the timing advance group; and third configuration parameters of semi-persistent channel state information (CSI) reports for transmission via a first cell of the one or more cells. A downlink control information is received. The downlink control information indicates activation of a plurality of resources of the first cell for the semi-persistent CSI reports. A semi-persistent CSI report, of the semi-persistent CSI reports, is transmitted via a first resource of the plurality of resources. In response to the time alignment timer expiring, second resources of the plurality of resources that occur after the time alignment timer expires are cleared.

    摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages. The one or more messages comprise discontinuous reception configuration parameters comprising a value for a discontinuous reception inactivity timer. A first downlink control information is received that indicates a channel state information request; and no uplink packet transmission. The discontinuous reception inactivity timer is started in response to the first downlink control information indicating the channel state information request and no uplink packet transmission. A second downlink control information is received while the discontinuous reception inactivity timer is running. One or more transport blocks is transmitted based on the second downlink control information.
