Abstract: Various solutions for improving transport block (TB) retransmission with respect to an apparatus in mobile communications are described. The apparatus may transmit a first set of encoded bits corresponding to a first TB via a first physical downlink share channel (PDSCH) to a user equipment (UE). The apparatus may generate a second set of encoded bits corresponding to the first TB and a third set of encoded bits corresponding to a second TB. The apparatus may transmit the second set of encoded bits and the third set of encoded bits via a second PDSCH to the UE.

Abstract: A first wireless device receives, from a base station, a configuration of first reference signals to be transmitted on a first time-frequency resource and a configuration of second reference signals to be transmitted on a second time-frequency resource. The first wireless device measures one of the first reference signals and the second reference signals. The first wireless device obtains a selection of a communication path, for communicating data between the base station and the first wireless device. Abstract: A UE receives second baseband signals carried on a second carrier frequency (f2) transmitted by at least one repeater. The second baseband signals carry data signals transmitted from a base station and are derived from first baseband signals carried on a first carrier frequency (f1) transmitted from the base station. The UE estimates CPEs in a first set of OFDM symbols based on PT-RSs included in the received second baseband signals. The PT-RSs are transmitted by the base station on the first carrier frequency (f1) and forwarded to the UE on the second carrier frequency (f2) through the at least one repeater. The UE detects the data signal based on the received second baseband signals and the estimated CPEs in the first set of OFDM symbols.
