Abstract:
A method and automatic machine for processing a product, whereby, from all the regulating and/or monitoring items as a whole, a first group is determined containing a small number of frequently used items having a direct effect on the product; to permit fast use by an operator of the items in the first group, a screen of an interface device displays the items in the first group graphically by means of respective icons, each of which is connected to a synoptic background image showing the function of the relative item substantially in the region in which the relative item is actually effective.
Abstract:
A method and device for feeding elongated tobacco articles, whereby, on a wrapping machine, a mass of articles, oriented a given way, is fed along an annular path in a hopper connected to at least one channel for feeding the articles and in which the articles are fed in an orderly column.
Abstract:
A pack comprising: at least one product; a blister provided with a pocket, which houses the at least one product and has an open end surrounded by a flat edge, and a closing tab, connected to the flat edge of the pocket to close the open end; and a support body, which houses the blister in a sliding manner to allow the blister to move relative to the support body between a closing position, in which the at least one product cannot be removed from the pocket, and an extraction position, in which the at least one product can be removed from the pocket. A connection end of the closing tab is fixed to the support body in a permanent and inseparable manner so that the sliding movement of the blister relative to the support body from the closing position to the extraction position causes a progressive separation of the closing tab from the flat edge of the pocket.
Abstract:
A manufacturing machine includes a feeding system that has first and second processing conveyors arranged in series along the processing path, and a transfer unit interposed between there-between that cyclically transfers the products from the first processing conveyor to the second processing conveyor, picking up the products in a pick-up station arranged in the area of the first processing conveyor and releasing the products in a release station arranged in the area of the second processing conveyor. The transfer unit has a plurality of trays, each having a series of seats designed to house a product, a moving system, which cyclically moves the trays between the pick-up and release stations, a first transferring and second transfer devices arranged in the pick-up station and release stations, respectively to transfer the products from the first processing conveyor to a tray, and from a tray to the second processing conveyor, respectively.
Abstract:
A pack (1) for smoking articles comprising: a group (17) of smoking articles; a wrap (16), which houses the group (17) of smoking articles; a rigid container (2), which is cup-shaped, houses the wrap (16) and has: an open upper end (3), a lower wall (6) opposite the open upper end (3), a front wall (7) and rear wall (8) opposite one another, and two side walls (9, 10) opposite one another; a lid (4), which is cup-shaped, is hinged to the container (2) along a hinge (5) so as to rotate, relative to the container (2), between an open position and a closed position, and has: an open lower end, an upper wall (11), a front wall (12) and a rear wall (13) opposite one another, and two side walls (14, 15) opposite one another; and a locking panel (20), which is at least partially glued to a first side wall (9) of the container (2) and has an upper edge (21), which is connected to a lower edge (22) of a second side wall (14) of the lid (4).
Abstract:
A packing method and unit to pack articles, includes: moving first seats by a first conveyor and second seats by a second conveyor along first and second paths at first and second moving speeds, respectively; and cyclically transferring an article from a first seat to a second seat in a transfer station. The first seats and second seats each designed to house an article. During normal operation with no rejected articles, the first moving speed is functionally equal to the second moving speed, and the same number of first and second seats pass through the transfer station in a given time interval. Where at least one article is rejected in a first seat, the second moving speed is functionally decreased relative to the first moving speed so that two first seats (one containing the rejected article) passes through the transfer station in the time interval as one second seat.
Abstract:
A manufacturing machine for producing disposable cartridges for electronic cigarettes can have a manufacturing drum supporting at least one group of seats, each adapted to receive a component of the disposable cartridge; and a feeding unit which feeds the components of the disposable cartridges to the seats. Each seat has a housing through channel crossing the manufacturing drum from side-to-side to contain a component and a pair of opposite jaws mounted in the housing channel and movable between a gripping position, in which they engage a component arranged in the housing channel and a transfer position, in which they do not engage the component. Each pair of jaws has two teeth arranged at the top and projecting from the corresponding jaws towards the center of the seat, so that the two teeth hold the component inside the seat at the top when the two jaws are in the gripping position.
Abstract:
A pack for smoking articles comprising: a group of smoking articles housed in an inner container; an outer container, housing on the inside and in a sliding manner, the inner container; and a locking system. The locking system comprises an abutment element integral with and arranged inside the outer container; a first wing integral with the inner container and movable relative thereto so as to be arranged in abutment against the abutment element when the inner container is in a closed position, thus preventing the inner container from sliding from the closed position to an open position; and a second wing obtained on and movable relative to the outer container so as to be pressed inwards and, hence, move the underlying first wing accordingly to release the first wing abutting against the abutment element and allow the inner container to slide from the closed position to the open position.
Abstract:
A pack for smoking articles having; a container; an inner wrap, which encloses a group of smoking articles and is housed in the container; a hinged lid, movable between a closed position and an open position, a collar, which embraces the inner wrap and is glued on the inside of the container so as to partially project out of the open top end and engage a corresponding inner surface of the lid, when the lid is arranged in a closed position; a slider, which is firmly connected to the lid and is coupled to the container in a sliding manner so as to slide relative to the container along a sliding direction; a locking system, which is interposed between the container and the slider and, in the closed position of the lid, prevents the slider from sliding relative to the container. The hindering of the sliding of the slider relative to the container, determined by the locking system, can be deactivated by an external action by the user to elastically deform at least part of at least one wall of the container.
Abstract:
A method for the predictive maintenance of an automatic machine for manufacturing or packing consumer articles comprising the steps of: detecting and recording at least a sampling series relating to at least one motorization metric of at least one electric actuator, by means of at least one respective local control unit; transmitting the recorded sampling series to a data processing unit; defining at least one multidimensional tolerance horizon within an anomaly matrix having as dimensions at least two statistical features based on at least one sampling series detected and relative at least to the detected motorization metric; calculating the two statistical features in order to define the position of an actual condition within the anomaly matrix; determining, based on the position of the actual condition in the anomaly matrix and the multidimensional tolerance horizon, the imminence of necessary maintenance.
