    Abstract: A cellular communication radio resource adaptor. The adaptor comprises a data store, at least one processor, a non-transitory memory, and an application. The application accesses a network management system (NMS) of an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) identified in an inventory of radio access network (RAN) equipment to read cell site equipment setting information. The application analyzes the cell site setting information and presents a map of an area overlaid with a graphical indication of the cellular communication radio resources owned or leased by a service provider and overlaid with a graphical indication of the cellular coverage areas by each cell site. The service provider may then adapt RAN equipment of the cell sites to efficiently use cellular communication radio resources.

    Abstract: A system for automated monitoring simple mail transfer protocol (SMTP) email delays. The system comprises a data store to store message identifiers for sent emails and a first monitoring server. The first monitoring server comprises a processor, a memory, and an application stored in the memory that, when executed by the processor, builds a test email with a message identifier in a header of the email, creates an entry with the message identifier in the data store, sends the email through internal email servers to an external email system with a public distribution list (PDL), obtains average time duration for an email to be delivered, and sends an alert when the email is not received after a predefined period of time, whereby the entire delivery path of the test email is examined by sending the test email in the same email system as ordinary emails.

    Abstract: In a communication system, a translation server individually associates session control servers with transfer control servers. One of the session control servers receives a registration for a User Equipment (UE) over a first network. The translation server associates the UE with the session control server in the data structure. The session control server exchanges first control signaling with the UE to establish a media session over the first network. The translation server receives a session transfer request for the UE from a second network. The translation server processes the data structure to identify the transfer control server that is associated with the session control server that is associated with the UE. The translation server transfers the session transfer request to the transfer control server. The transfer control server exchanges second control signaling with the second network to transfer the media session from the first network to the second network.
