Abstract: A computer system displays a first user interface for configuring a wake user interface. The first user interface displays a first representation of a first version of the wake user interface illustrating a first plurality of editable user interface objects overlaying a first background. While displaying the first user interface, the system detects a first input. In response, when the first input meets first criteria, the system displays a second user interface for editing a first user interface object of the first plurality of editable user interface objects. The first user interface object is selected based on a location of the first input. When the first input meets second criteria, the system updates the first user interface to display a second representation of a second version of the wake user interface having a second plurality of editable user interface objects overlaying a second background.

Abstract: An electronic device may display a first lap time representation, and may move the first lap time representation in accordance with a first amount of elapsed time. While moving the first lap time representation, the electronic device may detect a lap input. In response to the lap input, the electronic device may cease movement of the first lap time representation, display a second lap time representation, and move the second lap time representation in accordance with a second amount of elapsed time. A relative positioning of the first lap time representation and the second lap time representation may correspond to a difference between a first lap time and a second lap time. In some embodiments, the electronic device may update the timescales of lap time representation(s) in accordance with a rotational input. In some embodiments, the electronic device may update a timer duration setting in accordance with a rotational input.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices can efficiently manage the displaying of text on a screen of a computing device. For example, a client application can provide a data object for a particular style window on the screen. The data object can include a data item, comprising text data, one or more units specifying one or more portions of the text data to be displayed in the style window, and an identifier corresponding to a particular display function to be used in displaying the text data. The display function can be invoked to determine a potential text string to display based on the text data, the one or more units, and one or more rules corresponding to the particular display function. Additional text strings can be generated to obtain a text string that is shorter than or equal to a maximum length for the data item.
