A template may enable efficient tag configuration by causing presentation of an improved user interface that facilitates user-specified mappings between a custom content site and predefined tag management attributes. By completing a template, which may depend on other templates or have templates that depend on it, the tag management system can automatically deploy complex tag management configurations to track end user interactions over a data network.

The system may record voice sessions of phone calls, transcribe the voice sessions and store transactions including the voice sessions and transcripts. The system receives a request from a client computer for an evaluation to evaluate a transaction that was assigned an automated score according to the automated scoring template based on a transcript of the transaction having matched a lexicon. The system generates the evaluation. Generating the evaluation comprises setting an answer control for a question in the evaluation to a preselected answer based on a defined correspondence between the automated score and the preselected answer, the preselected answer selected from a defined set of acceptable answers to the question. The system may generate page code for the answer control that sets the answer control to the preselected answer.

The method includes identifying a set of rules that is satisfied by the received URL and events, transmitting link rendering data associated with the identified set of rules to the user device, and transmitting link routing data to the user device. The link routing data is configured to route the user device to an application state corresponding to the webpage.

In this manner, such technologies improve the user's experience and reduce computational resources and bandwidth associated with a larger volume of content being generated and communicated to a user for presentation, especially during times of high user computer traffic. The briefing content items are generated during times of the day with lower user activity and less computational resource consumption.

An example method includes applying classifiers to scoring units of a transaction to generate classifier tags for the scoring units and generating a narrative by replacing variables in an automated narrative template with text based on at least some of the classifier tags. The automated narrative template includes non-variable portions and at least some variable portions, each identifying a template variable and having variable replacement logic configured to replace the template variable using the classifier tags and/or data extracted from the transaction.
