Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a first device, the first device is configured with a second set of slot offsets by a network. The first device receives, from the network, a second Downlink Control Information (DCI) scheduling a sidelink resource. The first device performs sidelink transmission, to a second device, on the sidelink resource. The first device monitors and/or receives a sidelink hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (SL HARQ-ACK) feedback from the second device in a fourth slot. The SL HARQ-ACK feedback is associated with the sidelink transmission. The first device derives, based on the fourth slot and a second slot offset value indicated by the second DCI, a third slot for transmitting a SL HARQ-ACK to the network. The second set of slot offsets includes the second slot offset value. The SL HARQ-ACK is set/derived/determined based on the received SL HARQ-ACK feedback.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a network node. In one embodiment, the method includes the network node transmitting a first slot format information (SFI) to a User Equipment (UE), wherein the first SFI indicates transmitted direction of symbols of a first set of slots. The method also includes the network node transmitting a second SFI carried by a group common physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) to the UE, wherein the second SFI indicates transmitted direction of symbols of a second set of slots, and wherein if the first set of slots and the second set of slots are partially overlapped in time domain and the second SFI is transmitted after the first SFI, transmitted direction of overlapped symbols indicated by the second SFI is aligned with transmitted direction of the overlapped symbols indicated by the first SFI.

In one method, a network node transmits a signal indicating at least a first duration and a bit map, wherein the first duration is time duration of a control resource set (CORESET) and the bit map indicates first symbol(s) of monitoring occasion(s) of the CORESET within a slot, and wherein a set of bit position indicates value one in the bit map. Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for improving HARQ feedback in shortened TTI in a wireless communication system are disclosed herein. In one method, a user equipment is configured with a processing interval between receiving a downlink data and transmitting a corresponding acknowledgement (ACK)/negative acknowledgement (NACK) response. The UE receives downlink data with 1 millisecond TTI at a downlink subframe. The UE transmits the ACK/NACK response of the downlink data on a resource at an uplink subframe, wherein the resource is based on an offset value if the processing interval is shorter than 4 milliseconds.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first device for performing sidelink transmission in a sidelink resource pool. In one embodiment, the first device has a configuration of the sidelink resource pool, wherein the sidelink resource pool is enabled with resource reservation for different Transport Blocks (TBs). The first device also has a configuration of a list of reserved periods. Furthermore, the first device selects or determines a first reserved period from the list of reserved periods, wherein the first selected or determined reserved period is within a first set of reserved periods. In addition, the first device randomly selects a first integer in a first interval, wherein the first interval is based on a scaling factor and a second interval, and the scaling factor is derived based on a largest reserved period in the first set of reserved periods, and wherein the first integer indicates a number of transmission opportunities of different TBs with the first reserved period. The first device further performs sidelink transmission of one TB on one transmission opportunity from the number of transmission opportunities.

A method for a UE comprises performing a SL communication associated with a destination Identity (ID), having a SL DRX configuration associated with the SL communication, wherein the SL DRX configuration comprises at least an on-duration timer and a DRX cycle, deriving a first offset associated with the SL communication based on the destination ID and the DRX cycle, deriving a second offset associated with the SL communication based on the destination ID and a number of slots per subframe, starting the on-duration timer after a time period determined based on the second offset from the beginning of a subframe, wherein the subframe is determined based on at least the first offset, and monitoring Sidelink Control Information (SCI) when the on-duration timer is running.
