Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for providing a geolocation check-in system. An exemplary apparatus is configured to collect positioning data related to a user. After collecting position data the apparatus may be configure to determine, based at least partially on the positioning data that the user has crossed a threshold of a geofence associated with a merchant's location. Based at least partially on this determination the apparatus may be configured to initiate a merchant check-in associated with the user and transmit user information to the merchant.

An exemplary apparatus is configured to: determine, based on geolocation information associated with a mobile device associated with the user, whether the mobile device is within a predetermined distance of a reference location; in response to determining the mobile device is within the predetermined distance of the reference location, transmit an offer to the mobile device, wherein the offer is associated with a product or a service, and wherein the offer has been previously communicated to the user; and provide an option for the user to accept the offer via the mobile device.

An exemplary apparatus is configured to: determine a first user is accessing an account, wherein the account is associated with a first user and a second user, wherein the account is presented on a user interface; and in response to determining the first user is accessing the account, transmit a first offer to the first user based on geolocation information associated with the first user, wherein the first offer is presented on the user interface, and wherein the first offer enables the first user to receive a discount or a rebate on a transaction associated with the first offer. The apparatus may also be configured to transmit, in real-time, offers to the first user based on at least one of real-time or historical geolocation information associated with the first user.

Embodiments determine that one or more customers associated with the federated network of retailers are in proximity to a retailer physical location associated with a retailer that is a member of the network; and present an offer to one or more of the federated network customers in proximity to the retailer. In some embodiments, determining comprises recognizing a mobile device is associated with a customer of at least one retailer that is a member of the federated network of retailers. Some embodiments determine that a customer in proximity to the location is not a customer of the retailer associated with the location and is a customer associated with the network of retailers; and present the offer is based on the determination.

Embodiments determine that the customer is traveling to or is currently located in proximity to a financial institution physical location; determine interaction efficiency information for at least two interaction paths associated with the financial institution physical location; compare the interaction efficiency information for the interaction paths to determine a most efficient interaction path for the customer; and provide, to the customer, information associated with the determined most efficient interaction path for the customer. Some embodiments determine an expected business of the customer visiting the financial institution physical location; and determine the interaction efficiency information for the at least two interaction paths associated with the financial institution physical location based at least in part on the determined expected business of the customer.

A system provides assistance to a user having a user device proximate a financial institution location. The system determines a user device is within a wireless communication range of the system; establishes a secure connection between the system and the user device; receives user input comprising information indicating a user purpose for visiting the location; and transmits at least one communication based at least in part on the received user purpose for visiting the location. In some embodiments, the system receives user authentication information; authenticates the identity of the user; provides the user access to transactional functionality; receives user information indicating a type of transaction and transaction details; processes the user information to conduct a transaction based at least in part on the type of transaction and the transaction details received from the user; and communicates a message indicating the transaction has been processed to the user.

In some embodiments, a system is configured to: determine a user has entered a facility or is a predetermined distance from the facility, wherein the user has a mobile device, and wherein the user is waiting to interact with at least one of an agent at or away from the facility or a computing device at the facility; communicate with the mobile device to determine a reason for the user's visit to the facility, the reason comprising a transaction intended to be executed by the user at the facility; prompt the user to perform, on the mobile device, an action associated with the intended transaction while the user is waiting to interact with at least one of the agent or the computing device.

Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for prompting categorization during payment authorization. The system includes a computer apparatus including a processor and a memory; and a software module stored in the memory. The software module includes executable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor receive an authorization request for a transaction being conducted by a user; prompt the user to categorize at least one component of the transaction; receive a category from the user for the at least one component of the transaction; and store the category in association with the transaction. In some embodiments, the system will not authorize the transaction until the user categorizes at least one component of the transaction. In further embodiments, the system evaluates the transaction and only prompts the user to categorize the transaction if predefined criteria are met.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for assisting a user to select a customer service representative of a financial institution in preparation for a customer service conference. Embodiments determine that an operative connection is being established between a user device of the user and a system associated with the financial institution, such that the user and the representative of the financial institution may conduct the conference; determine at least one representative from a pool of potential representatives, the at least one representative determined for presentation to the user for user selection; and receive user input selecting one of the at least one representatives for conference connection. Some embodiments establish an operative connection between the user device and a representative system associated with the representative over which the user and the representative can conduct an audio-visual conference.
