摘要: Embodiments are directed to receiving a token from a wearable device carried by a customer, the token for user authentication based on a visitation pattern of the customer. Embodiments include receive, from the wearable device carried by the customer, the token comprising user authentication information associated with the customer, wherein receiving the token indicates a current visit of the customer to the financial institution location; access, based at least in part on the user authentication information, a visitation history from a customer profile associated with the customer; determine, based at least in part on the visitation history, whether the current visit falls within a recognized visitation pattern; and authenticate, based at least in part on the determination, the customer for performing a transaction at the financial institution location.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for providing a record of an interactive conference, such as a video conference. The systems, methods, and computer program products determine that an operative connection has been established between a user device of a user and a system associated with a representative of a financial institution, such that the user and the representative are conducting a conference; identify a document referenced during the conference; capture at least a portion of the conference in a record; associate the document with the record; and store the record. Customers of financial institutions desire to have records of their interactions with representatives of the financial institution and the embodiments of this invention assist the customer in maintaining and organizing those records.

摘要: A computing platform may receive a plurality of messages comprising data indicating physical presence of customers at a physical location from an indoor positioning system located at the physical location. Responsive to receiving the plurality of messages comprising the data indicating the physical presence of the customers at the physical location, the computing platform may determine that one or more customers of the customers at the physical location are authorized to utilize one or more functions of one or more computing devices physically located at the physical location.

摘要: Embodiments are directed to communicating an operating system-level token for user identification and/or authentication. Embodiments store a token at an operating system-level, wherein the token is accessible by an operating system running on the apparatus, and wherein the token comprises user identification information and/or user authentication information; and in response to an initiating event, initiate communication of the token to a second apparatus external to the apparatus. Some embodiments include initiation of an operation system-level instruction set for periodically, continuously, or in response to detecting a request, initiating communication of the token.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for split-screen functionality to be provided to a user device during a hold period prior to a customer-service video conference. Specifically, according to defined embodiments, the present invention provides for a first portion of split-screen includes a visual depiction of a queue of users currently awaiting a video conference with the customer-service associate. The queue allows for the user/customer to gauge how long the hold period will last. In addition to the visual depiction of the hold queue, the split screen may provide for other portions of the screen to include other information and/or functionality such as, such as information related or unrelated to the impending video conference.

摘要: Systems, apparatus, and computer program products are provided for implementing a wearable computing device having an Optical Head-Mounted Display (OHMD) to automatically determine which individuals within a business environment, such as a retail store, banking center or the like, are established customers. Such a determination of established customer status is conducted without requiring any action on behalf of the individuals/customers currently located within the business environment and can be accomplished when the established customer enters the business location or shortly thereafter. Once established customers are identified, customer indicators are provided within the view of the OHMD, so that a business associate/employee can readily identity which individual within their field of view are established customers.
