摘要: Embodiments of the invention include systems, methods, and computer-program products for providing vendor statement management for a user, including the receiving, monitoring, and paying of statements with no or minimal user required interaction. As such, the invention provides a facilitated access to accurate statement information from all of the vendors or service providers consolidated into one reliable source. Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for statement management. Specifically, embodiments of the invention allow for determining vendor statements associated with a user, consolidating the found vendor statements, monitoring those statements, notifying user if vendor statement need attention or payment, and providing payment from a payment account for the vendor statement.

In some embodiments, a system is configured to determine a user has entered a facility, wherein the user has a mobile device, and wherein the user is waiting to interact with at least one of an agent at the facility or a computing device at the facility; communicate with the mobile device to determine a reason for the user's visit to the facility, the reason comprising a transaction intended to be executed by the user at the facility; determine the transaction can be executed on the mobile device; and in response to determining the transaction can be executed on the mobile device, demonstrate the transaction to the user, wherein the demonstration assists the user to execute the transaction.

For example, in some embodiments, a method is provided that includes: (a) receiving transaction information associated with a transaction, where the transaction involves an account, a transaction machine, and a holder of the account; (b) determining, based at least partially on the transaction information, that the account will incur an exceeded threshold as a result of the transaction; (c) prompting, via the transaction machine, the holder to consent to the exceeded threshold; (d) receiving the holder's consent to the exceeded threshold; and (e) authorizing the transaction based at least partially on the receiving the holder's consent.
