Abstract: This application provides a sidelink communication method. The method includes: A first terminal device determines one or more pieces of first configuration information, where the one or more pieces of first configuration information correspond to one or more sidelinks, each piece of the first configuration information is used to configure a discontinuous reception DRX related parameter of a corresponding sidelink, and the first terminal device is a sending device or a receiving device on the one or more sidelinks. The first terminal device maintains, based on each piece of the first configuration information, a status of the discontinuous reception DRX corresponding to each piece of the first configuration information.

Abstract: A signal monitoring method is provided: If the terminal device determines, based on a message received or sent in a first time unit, that the terminal device is not in a DRX active time in a second time unit, the terminal device monitors the power saving signal in the second time unit. The terminal device determines, based on the power saving signal, whether to monitor a PDCCH in a first time interval. The first time unit is located before the second time unit, and is separated from the second time unit by M third time units. M is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The embodiments of this application are applied to a mobile communications system such as 5G NR.

Abstract: A method, a device, and a system for triggering a scheduling request (SR) to meet quality of service (QoS) requirements of different services in a New Radio (NR) vehicle to everything (V2X) system and to avoid or reduce unnecessary SR triggering. Abstract: A control information sending method, a control information receiving method, and a device, where a first device sends first control information to a second device on a first resource such that second device prepares data information based on the first control information and waits for sending the data information. The first device sends second control information on a second resource different from the first resource such that the second device sends the data information based on the second control information. The first resource is different from the second resource such that a duration of preparing the data information by the second device is greatly greater than an interval between control information and uplink data in one time interval, and the second device has sufficient time to prepare the data information.

Abstract: A method for adjusting power of a terminal includes monitoring, by the terminal, usage of an uplink carrier, where the carrier usage includes at least one of a quantity of carriers, duration of continuous use of one or more carriers, and a temperature of the terminal. The method further includes adding, by the terminal, a power back-off value during calculation of power headroom when the terminal detects that the carrier usage satisfies a preset condition, to reduce a value of power headroom of the one or more carriers. The method further includes reporting, by the terminal, the value of the power headroom to a network device.

In the embodiments of this application, the first base station can add the DRB based on a radio resource management policy and a network condition of the first base station, to reconfigure a mapping relationship between a QoS flow and the DRB, so that setting of the DRB is more flexible and effective.
