    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for a sidelink coverage extension using repeated transmission. A first UE may transmit a multiple slot SCI in a first slot of a group of multiple slots for reserving resources for the group of multiple slots and transmitting one or more sidelink transmissions in the reserved resources. A second UE may receive the multiple slot SCI in the first slot of the group of multiple slots for receiving the one or more sidelink transmissions in the reserved resources for the group of multiple slots. In aspects, a base station may receive configuration parameters for the multiple slot SCI and configure one or more UEs with a multiple slot configuration, based on the configuration parameters, for transmitting/receiving the multiple slot SCI associated with the reserved resources in the group of multiple slots.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Devices in a wireless communications system may exchange information related to one or more default operating frequencies. A wireless device may identify default operating frequencies within an ultra-wide bandwidth and transmit an indication of the default operating frequencies to one or more other wireless devices. A first wireless device may identify one or more default operating frequencies of a second device (e.g., a user equipment (UE)), and the first wireless device may provide the default operating frequencies of the UE to another wireless device. For example, a UE may be handed over from a source device to a target device, and the source device may provide the UE's default operating frequencies to the target device when handing over the UE to the target device. The UE and the target device may communicate over the bandwidth based on the default operating frequencies.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that support sidelink cancellation for out of coverage user equipment. Described techniques provide for signaling of cancellation indications to a user equipment (UE) or a group of UEs to refrain from performing sidelink communications on a set of resources. A base station may transmit a cancellation indication to one or more sidelink UEs via an access link that indicates that an allocation of one or more resources for sidelink communications has been canceled. A first UE may receive the cancellation indication from the base station via the access link and transmit a sidelink communication to one or more other UEs that indicates the canceled resource allocation. Based on the sidelink communication of the cancellation indication from the first UE, the one or more other UEs may refrain from transmitting using the canceled resources.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless communication device may receive, from a base station (BS), an indication of an inter-beam phase factor tracking reference signal configuration for inter-beam phase factor tracking, wherein at least one of the wireless communication device or the BS performs multi-beam combining over at least two static directions or beams from one or more antenna panels. The wireless communication device may perform one or more measurements of an inter-beam phase factor tracking reference signal based at least in part on the inter-beam phase factor tracking reference signal configuration.
