Abstract: Provided are channel configuration and power control methods and devices, a user equipment, a base station and storage mediums. The channel configuration method is configured to receive a second channel characteristic assumption of a control channel resource set configured by a second communication node; where the control channel resource set is formed by at least one of a first type of search space and a second type of search space; the second channel characteristic assumption is used for configuration of control channel resources in the second type of search space; and the control channel resource transmitted by the second communication node are received according to the second channel characteristic assumption.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to wireless radio link recovery methods. In various implementations, the method includes determining a beam failure event for a first cell, and transmitting a beam recovery request message on a shared uplink channel when available. In other implementations, the method includes determining that the shared uplink channel is not available for transmitting the beam recovery request message and transmitting a resource request to request allocation of the shared uplink channel via a second cell.

A first communication node may receive, from a second communication node, a group of reference signals that are carried either on respective beams or on a same beam. The group of reference signals may be determined based on one or more time-frequency-code resources. The first communication node may determine, based on the group of reference signals, one or more beam indexes and channel state information. The first communication node may transmit, to the second communication node, a set including the one or more beam indexes and the channel state information.
