Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for generating preambles in mobile communication technology are described. An exemplary method for wireless communication includes transmitting, by a network node, a configuration for random access comprising a value indicative of a number of Zadoff-Chu (ZC) sequence roots (M) and a number of repetitions (N), and receiving, from a wireless device, a random access preamble, wherein the random access preamble comprises M concatenated ZC sequences with different roots, and wherein each of the M concatenated ZC sequences is repeated based on N.

Abstract: Provided are a reference signal sending method and device, a reference signal receiving method and device and a storage medium. The reference signal sending method includes: determining that frequency domain positions occupied by a reference signal satisfy a predetermined condition, where the predetermined condition includes: discontinuous frequency bands existing among the frequency domain positions occupied by the reference signal, and a union of the discontinuous frequency bands occupied by the reference signal is smaller than a frequency hopping bandwidth; and sending the reference signal at the determined frequency domain positions; wherein the frequency hopping bandwidth is a bandwidth determined according to two frequency domain positions with a largest distance among the frequency domain positions occupied by the reference signal or a predetermined bandwidth acquired by receiving a first signaling message; and wherein each frequency band comprises a physical resource block (PRB).

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and device for representing a quasi co-location (QCL) parameter configuration, a transmitting apparatus and a receiving apparatus. The method include: acquiring a second QCL characteristic parameter set including part or all of characteristic parameters in a first QCL characteristic parameter set; and indicating configuration information of the second QCL characteristic parameter set to a receiving terminal by signaling. The present disclosure solves the problem in the existing art that QCL information between different reference signals or different antenna ports cannot be flexibly configured.

Abstract: Methods and systems for handling UE associated information in non-terrestrial networks are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a satellite head station, includes: translating a first uplink (UL) tunnel address associated with a core network to a second UL tunnel address associated with the satellite head station, wherein the first and second UL tunnel addresses are each associated with a packet data unit (PDU) session established between the core network and a user equipment device (UE); transmitting the second UL tunnel address to a first satellite base station; and receiving UL data associated with the PDU session from the first satellite base station, wherein a UL tunnel address destination associated with the received UL data is set as the second UL tunnel address.
