摘要: A computer implemented method, system and computer program product are provided that receive video feeds from corresponding cameras distributed at different positions and orientations throughout a physical environment, and obtain location data associated with the cameras. The location data is indicative of at least one of the position or orientation for the corresponding camera. The method, system and computer program product identify, from the multiple cameras, a camera combination that includes first and second cameras that have overlapping fields of view (FOV) based on the location data and form a panoramic video of at least a portion of the environment by combining the content from the first and second cameras identified based on the location data.

摘要: A method of compensating for color differences between adjacent lens images in a panoramic image is disclosed. The method comprises: calculating color differences of each pair of character regions between any two adjacent lens images out of multiple lens images from a multiple-lens camera according to average color values of the character regions, each character region having a character point; determining color adjustment amounts of character points in each lens image according to the color differences of each pair of character regions; calculating a color adjustment amount of an element according to positions of the element and its two adjacent character points and the color adjustment amounts of the two adjacent character points.

摘要: A computerized system of performing fish census which otherwise requires high level of domain knowledge and expertise is described. Divers with minimal knowledge of fish can obtain high quality population and species distribution measurements using a stereo camera rig and fish video analyzer software that was developed. The system has two major components: a camera rig and software for fish size, density and biomass estimation. The camera rig consists of a simple stand on which one to four pairs of stereo cameras are mounted to take videos of the benthic floor for a few minutes. The collected videos are uploaded to a server which performs stereo analysis and image recognition. The software produces video clips containing estimates of fish size, density and species biodiversity and a log report containing information about the individual fishes for further end user analysis.

The first camera, the second camera, and the third camera are oriented to provide, in combination with a fourth camera configured to be mounted on a roof of the vehicle, an uninterrupted camera field of view from the direction of forward travel of the vehicle to a direction opposite the direction of forward travel of the vehicle.

The facial recognition system includes an integrated, rifle-like mounting platform with modular and interchangeable components, including a machine-vision camera, a facial recognition module, and an aiming scope. The mounting platform includes an elongated frame, a hand grip, a shoulder stock, and an underbody support attachment for an optional bipod. The mounting platform provides an intuitive, shoulder-operated support structure for stabilizing the machine-vision camera and reducing vibrations that otherwise inhibit long distance imaging.
