Abstract: A method for transmitting a synchronization sequence, and a method and a device for synchronization detection are provided, the method for transmitting the synchronization sequence including: setting a target synchronization sequence with good autocorrelation characteristic, where at least one segment of sequence truncated in a time domain or a frequency domain of the target synchronization sequence is a sub-synchronization sequence, and the sub-synchronization sequence has good autocorrelation characteristic and the sub-synchronization sequences have good cross-correlation between each other; and transmitting the target synchronization sequence to a user equipment.

Abstract: The application discloses a physical uplink shared channel data transmission method and device. The method comprises: a terminal adjusts or schedules, according to detected downlink control channel data utilizing an uplink DCI format and/or PHICH data in a subframe n, PUSCH data to be transmitted in a special subframe (n+k), wherein k is a predefined value. A base station transmits the downlink control channel data utilizing the uplink DCI format and/or the PHICH data in the subframe n, to adjust or schedule the terminal to transmit the PUSCH data in the special subframe (n+k), wherein k is a predefined value. The application provides a schedule timing definition for transmitting PUSCH data in a special subframe, thereby ensuring normal transmission of the PUSCH data in the special subframe.

Abstract: Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are an information transmission method and apparatus, the method comprising: a terminal receives indication information sent by a network device, the indication information being used for the terminal to determine an uplink area in a time unit in which an uplink shared channel is transmitted; the terminal sends the uplink shared channel in the uplink area; hence, the terminal receives the indication information sent by the network device and determines transmission resources for the uplink shared channel on the basis of the indication information, thus ensuring correct transmission of the uplink shared channel.

The CSI feedback method includes: at an analog precoding matrix selection stage of an analog precoding period, transmitting, by a base station, a precoded downlink reference signal and receiving first-stage CSI and measurement information fed back by a UE on a subframe corresponding to each time offset; selecting, by the base station, a target analog precoding matrix in accordance with performance measurement values of analog precoding matrices corresponding to all P time offsets; and at a target analog precoding matrix using stage of the analog precoding period, transmitting, by the base station, the downlink reference signal precoded by the target analog precoding matrix and receive second-stage CSI fed back by the UE on each predetermined subframe.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cross-carrier scheduling method and a cross-carrier scheduling device. Abstract: Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method, a device and a system for transmitting a data packet, which are used to resolve the problem existing in the prior art that an LTE network structure causes a signaling burden on a backhaul between a radio access network and a core network and causes a transmission delay on the backhaul. In the embodiments of the present application, a control point sends a data packet that is from at least one base station to an access network gateway or a core network gateway; and a data packet that is from the access network gateway or the core network gateway is sent to the at least one base station, the control point being a connection control point of a terminal and a mobility control point of the terminal. In the embodiments of the present invention, a control plane signaling process of a core network of a new network architecture is greatly simplified; therefore, the control delay and traffic pressure on a Backhaul between an access network and a core network are reduced. Under the control of a control point, a transmission mode is flexibly selected at an access network side, so that requirements of different services on aspects of the delay and reliability can be met.

Abstract: Provided are a method and device for acquiring a message certificate in a vehicle networking system. The method comprises: receiving, by a Background Control Center (BCC), a privilege certificate request instruction sent by an On-Board Unit (OBU); generating and sending, by the BCC, a write control instruction to the OBU, receiving, by the BCC, an application grant request instruction sent by the OBU, the application grant request instruction being used for applying for use of a privilege certificate already written in the OBU to the BCC; and determining, by the BCC, the valid time for the OBU to use a designated privilege certificate, generating an application control instruction according to the determined valid time, and sending the generated application control instruction to the OBU, the application control instruction being used for indicating that the OBU uses the designated privilege certificate within the valid time.
