摘要： A method of allocating radio resources in a wireless communication system is disclosed. In one aspect of the present invention, in a wireless communication system, a user equipment requests a base station to allocate radio resources for uplink data transmission of at least one time in accordance with a first radio resource allocation request mode. The user equipment requests the base station to allocate the radio resources for uplink data transmission in accordance with a second radio resource allocation request mode if a predetermined condition is satisfied.

摘要： In a wireless mobile communications system, a method of transmitting and receiving radio access information that allows a faster and an efficient way of establishing a radio connection between a terminal and a target base station while performing a handover for the terminal to a cell of the target base station. The network transmits in advance, the radio access information and the like, to the terminal so that the terminal can be connected with the target cell in a faster manner which minimizes the total time for the handover process.

The apparatus includes a memory configured to store basic priorities of a plurality of frequencies, and a processor configured to measure the signal strength of at least one cell in at least one of the plurality of frequencies, and perform cell selection based on an overrided priority if a cell with a highest measured signal strength is a closed subscriber group (CSG) cell and the highest measured signal strength is greater than a CSG threshold. When the quality of a serving CSG cell deteriorates, another cell from a different frequency may be selected.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for enhancing of controlling radio resource and transmitting a Status Report in a mobile telecommunications system, and a receiver of mobile telecommunications system. When any PDUs that have not been received (‘missing PDUs’) occur, a receiving RLC entity does not immediately request re-transmission about the ‘missing PDUs’. Rather, only when missing PDUs more than a predetermined number occur, the receiving RLC entity requests the re-transmission. Accordingly, an amount of radio resources required to transmit a Status Report can be reduced.

A network transmits a paging message to the mobile terminal for performing the measurement report or transmits a PDU (Protocol Data Unit) having segmented SDU (Service Data Unit). The mobile terminal transmits the measurement report upon receiving the paging message or the PDU having the segmented SDU, thereby utilizing a radio resource effectively.
