摘要： Methods and apparatuses are provided for generating a protocol data unit (PDU). A method may include transmitting a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) include information associated with one or more logical channels. The MAC PDU to be transmitted may be assembled by determining an amount of information associated with one of the one or more logical channels to be included in the MAC PDU; and multiplexing one or more complete service data units (SDUs) associated with at least the one of the one or more logical channels into the MAC PDU. On a condition that multiplexing an additional SDU associated with the one of the one or more logical channels would exceed the determined amount of information, the one or more complete SDUs may be multiplexed with a segment of the additional SDU associated with the one of the one or more logical channels and a header indicating that the segment is not a last segment of the additional SDU.

摘要： A data processing method, a terminal device, and a base station are disclosed. The method includes: determining to change a type of at least one radio bearer of the terminal device from a first type to a second type; discarding a radio link control protocol RLC protocol data unit and/or an RLC service data unit buffered by a transmit side of an RLC layer entity of the at least one radio bearer; and assembling an RLC protocol data unit received by a receive side of the RLC layer entity of the at least one radio bearer into an RLC service data unit, and delivering the RLC service data unit in sequence to an upper layer entity of the RLC layer entity, where the upper layer entity is an upper layer entity of the RLC layer entity before the type of the at least one radio bearer is changed.

摘要： A computing system supporting reliable network communications can include a virtual machine executing a user application, and a network adapter device coupled to the virtual machine via a plurality of virtual interfaces. The user application can communicate with the network adapter device using a virtual interface assigned to the user application. Queue pairs, each including a send queue and a receive queue, can be implemented to process transmit packets being sent from the virtual machine to the network and incoming packets being sent to the virtual machine from the network.

摘要： Systems and methods for packet payload mapping for robust transmission of data are described. For example, methods may include receiving, using a network interface, packets that each respectively include a primary frame and one or more preceding frames from the sequence of frames of data that are separated from the primary frame in the sequence of frames by a respective multiple of a stride parameter; storing the frames of the packets in a buffer with entries that each hold the primary frame and the one or more preceding frames of a packet; reading a first frame from the buffer as the primary frame from one of the entries; determining that a packet with a primary frame that is a next frame in the sequence has been lost; and, responsive to the determination, reading the next frame from the buffer as a preceding frame from one of the entries.

The out-of-order packets can be provided to software for re-ordering.

The method includes initiating a timer for a received packet at a receiving transmission point, where the timer is set according to a time value associated with the received packet. The method also includes determining that a delivery of the received packet has failed according to the timer elapsing, and transmitting a lost packet report to a primary transmission point that distributed the received packet to the receiving transmission point.

The apparatus may further, for each message and using the transport context, generate a packet including the message and transmit the packet over the network. The apparatus may further monitor status for each transmitted packet.

Flexible MCS and resource mapping determination may improve demodulation performance for code blocks that are far from pilots.

摘要： A timer for processing data blocks is proposed for a receiver of a mobile communications system. If the timer is not running, the timer is started based a data block. The data block has a sequence number higher than a sequence number of another data block that was first expected to be received. If the timer is stopped or expires, the timer is based on a highest sequence number of a data block among data blocks that cannot be delivered to a higher entity. The timer can be used to prevent a stall condition in mobile communications.
