In an embodiment, a method in a network component to determine a system numerology includes determining, by the network component, one or more subcarrier spacing options from a candidate subcarrier spacing set that is associated with a carrier frequency band. The method also includes transmitting, by the network component, a signal indicating to one or more UEs one or more subcarrier spacing options from the candidate subcarrier spacing set.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a data transmission method. The method includes: sending, by user equipment, uplink data to a base station by using an uplink user equipment relay; and receiving, by the user equipment, downlink data from the base station, or receiving, by the user equipment, downlink data from the base station by using a downlink user equipment relay. Uplink transmission and downlink transmission are separately performed in different transmission paths, so as to reduce impact of a fault of a user equipment relay on a network, and improve network reliability.

A resource allocation method to resolve a problem that a transport block of a typical enhanced voice service (EVS) scenario in an air interface is much smaller than a transport block of a conventional adaptive multi rate (AMR), and use of a resource allocation method in the existing long term evolution (LTE) causes a waste of user spectrum resources such that spectrum utilization in an EVS scenario can be improved. The method includes determining resource allocation information and resource allocation block indication information, where the resource allocation information includes information indicating at least one fractional resource block (FRB) allocated to user equipment, and the resource allocation block indication information indicates that a resource allocation block is the FRB, where a resource occupied by the FRB is less than one RB, and notifying the user equipment of the resource allocation information and the resource allocation block indication information.

The present invention provides a method for transmitting downlink control information, a network side device, and a user equipment. The method includes: selecting, by a network side device, a aggregation level of a physical control channel set in a transmission subframe, and selecting the number of physical control channel candidates corresponding to the aggregation level according to the aggregation level; and sending, by the network side, downlink control information on a physical control channel candidate corresponding to the selected number. The times that blind detection is performed corresponding to the aggregation level corresponds to the number of physical control channel candidates, and therefore, when the number of physical control channel candidates is determined, the times that blind detection is performed is determined, so that the network side device and the user equipment can communicate with each other without increasing the times that blind detection is performed.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for determining a control channel search space. The method includes: determining numbers of EPDCCH sets used for enhanced physical downlink control channel EPDCCH transmission; determining, according to the numbers of the EPDCCH sets, location offsets of search spaces corresponding to the EPDCCH sets; and determining, according to the location offsets of the search spaces corresponding to the EPDCCH sets, the search spaces corresponding to the EPDCCH sets. By grouping and numbering time frequency resources of EPDCCHs, and determining different location offsets for different EPDCCH search spaces according to the numbers and different cell identities or UE identifiers, a probability of control channel search space conflict can be reduced. Thereby, time frequency resources of control channels can be maximized in a case of multiple users, and communication efficiency can be improved.

A method, device and system for regulating power consumption are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. A method for regulating power consumption includes: obtaining, by a base station, an application point and a configuration parameter; sending, by the base station, an indication message to a terminal according to the application point and configuration parameter; regulating, by the base station, the power consumption of the base station by using the configuration parameter at the application point; the configuration parameter comprises cell antenna information or system bandwidth information; the indication message instructs the terminal to use the configuration parameter at the application point. Under the condition that user's normal communication is remained, the number of cell antennas or the cell bandwidth is dynamically changed. This reduces the power consumption of the network device.

The method includes: configuring a first physical uplink control channel format and a second physical uplink control channel for a user equipment first. An orthogonal sequence of the first physical uplink control channel format and an orthogonal sequence of the second physical uplink control channel format correspond to different expansion factors. Then the user equipment selects one of the physical uplink control channel format and the second physical uplink control channel format to transmit the feedback information.

The method includes: A terminal receives first information, where the first information indicates a default bandwidth part (BWP). The terminal deactivates a secondary carrier based on the default BWP. According to the provided embodiments, the secondary carrier is deactivated by using physical layer control information for activating or deactivating a BWP.
