摘要: A sheet processing apparatus includes an aligning member and a shift conveying unit. The aligning member is movable in a width direction perpendicular to a sheet conveying direction and presses a sheet stack loaded on a sheet processing tray so as to align the sheet stack in the width direction. The unit is provided on the upstream side of the tray and conveys a sheet, shifting the sheet in the width direction. Being shifted by the unit, sheets are loaded at first and second loading positions on the tray. When sheets are loaded at the first loading position, the aligning member is moved to a first standby position corresponding to the first loading position in advance. When sheets are loaded at the second loading position, the aligning member is moved in advance to a second standby position corresponding to the second loading position.

摘要: An imaging device (3) including a plurality of pixels (3a) having a photoelectric conversion function, and a microlens array (1) including a plurality of microlenses (1a) that form subject images on these plurality of pixels (3a) and are arranged in a matrix are disposed so as to face each other. The microlens array (1) includes grooves (20) in a lattice form between the microlenses (1a) that are adjacent to each other. The depth of the grooves (20) is larger than a half of the thickness of the microlens array (1). Accordingly, it is possible to achieve an imaging apparatus that is easy to manufacture, has a simplified configuration and can capture a clear image and in which an influence of stray light and cross talk are reduced sufficiently.

摘要: A current invention provides a sheet processing apparatus and an image forming apparatus capable of obtaining a sheet bundle which can be double-leaved and released without use of any binding device. A slit S to which a projection Pa provided at an end portion opposite to a side to be bound by a binding portion of a front cover P1 is formed in a back cover P3 of a sheet bundle PA by an insertion portion forming portion. Further, creases L1, L2 for inserting the projection Pa into the slit S while surrounding sheets P2 existing between the front cover P1 and the back cover P2 are formed in the back cover P3 of the sheet bundle PA by a crease forming portion.

摘要: A method for forming a pattern of a stacked film, includes steps (a) to (e). The step (a) is forming sequentially a first base insulating film and a light shielding material on a transparent substrate. The step (b) is patterning the light shielding material to obtain a light shielding film with a first pattern. The step (c) is forming sequentially a second base insulating film, a semiconductor film and a first oxide film on a substrate. The step (d) is forming a resist pattern with a second pattern on the first oxide film. The step (e) is forming a pattern of a stacked film by dry etching the first oxide film and the semiconductor film, above the light shielding film. The stacked film includes the semiconductor film and the first oxide film. The dry etching includes an etching by using an etching gas and the resist pattern as a mask. The semiconductor film includes a taper angle which is controlled to be within predetermined range.
