摘要: A fixing apparatus includes: a cylindrical heat roller having a heating resistor layer on an inside surface thereof; a pressure member in pressure contact with the cylindrical heat roller; and a pair of electrodes provided in the cylindrical heat roller for supplying electricity to the heating resistor layer so that the heating resistor layer generates heat. Both ends of the cylindrical heat roller are formed so as to restrain radiating heat in the cylindrical heat roller from openings at the both ends of the cylindrical heat roller.

摘要: As a TLB (translation look-aside buffer) of a fully associative system is organized, a first CAM (content addressable memory) cell array and a first RAM (random access memory) cell array which together make up one entry are arranged in such a way that they face each other across a control circuit. As a cache memory of a fully associative system is organized, a second CAM cell array and a second RAM cell array which together make up one entry are arranged in such a way that they face each other across the control circuit. Additionally, the second CAM cell array is located next to the first RAM cell array, whereas the second RAM cell array is located next to the first CAM cell array. These four cell arrays make up one section. At the time of a hit in the first CAM cell array, the control circuit enables readout of the first RAM cell array, while it, at the time of a hit of the second CAM cell array, enables readout of the second RAM cell array. Based on logical addresses issued to the first CAM cell array, physical addresses are read from the first RAM cell array. Such physical addresses are supplied to the second CAM cell array as tags for the readout of data from the second RAM cell array.

摘要: A memory unit includes an array of memory cells. Word lines are connected to the memory cells. Bit lines are connected to the memory cells. A decoder receives an address signal at a timing which follows an occurrence of a clock signal by a given time t1. The address signal is in synchronism with the clock signal. The clock signal has a preset period t0. The decoder decodes the address signal into a word signal and outputs the word signal at a timing which follows the reception of the address signal by a given time t2. A delay device delays the clock signal by a preset time "t" and thereby converts the clock signal into a control signal. An access to a word of the memory cells is performed via one of the word lines in accordance with the word signal at a timing determined by the control signal. The bit lines are precharged at a timing determined by the control signal. The preset time "t" is longer than a sum of the times t1 and t2 but shorter than a half of the period t0.

摘要: The present invention is directed to providing an accumulator for pulsation absorption on a feeding passage between a hydraulic pressure generating device and hydraulic pressure booster equipment, and to provide a restriction on a section of the feeding passage between the accumulator and the hydraulic pressure generating device. As the result, the pulsation caused by a pump is reduced by the restriction, and the pulsation thus reduced is absorbed by the accumulator. Therefore, pulsation is effectively decreased by the restriction and the accumulator, and the pulsation transmitted to the hydraulic pressure booster equipment is quite small.

摘要: A seat slider assembly for supporting a seat on a vehicle so as to be adjustable in its position in a forward or rearward direction of the seat, which includes a rail member to be fixed to a vehicle body and provided with an engaging portion, a rail member to be fixed to the seat, the latter rail member being mounted on the former rail member movably in the longitudinal direction of the rail member, a bracket fixed to said rail member to be fixed to the seat and provided with two curled bearing portions, an operating lever whose shaft portion is pivotably supported by the two curled portions of the bracket and a latch member fixed to the shaft portion of the operating lever and selectively engageable with the engaging portion, the latch member being fitted between the two curled bearing portions; which assembly comprises a ring acting on the shaft portion of the operating lever for holding the latch member in a position where the latch member is pressed against either one of inner end faces of the curled bearing portions of the bracket. With this arrangement, the moving of the latch member in the longitudinal direction is suppressed and shaking and rattling of the latch member is minimized.
