A synapse array based on a static random access memory (SRAM), a pulse shaper circuit, and a neuromorphic system are provided. The synapse array includes a plurality of synapse circuits. At least one synapse circuit among the plurality of synapse circuits includes at least one bias transistor and at least two cut-off transistors, and the at least one synapse circuit is configured to charge a membrane node of a neuron circuit connected with the at least one synapse circuit using a sub-threshold leakage current that passed through the at least one bias transistor.

Provided are a method and an apparatus for constructing an ontology for a dialogue system. The method for constructing an ontology for a dialogue system includes: generating a domain ontology plane based on intra-plane relation information of a domain defining a relationship between a plurality of domain nodes; generating a main act ontology plane based on intra-plane relation information of a main act defining a relationship between a plurality of main act nodes; and generating an entity name ontology plane based on intra-plane relation information of an entity name defining a relationship between a plurality of entity name nodes. Therefore, it is possible to construct multiple ontology planes and discriminate components of dialogue frames such as a domain, a main act and an entity name. Also, an effective system response can be performed by discriminating dialogue frames exactly using the multi ontology planes.

The present invention relates to an electroconductive tungsten oxide catalyst carrying a platinum dendrite and to a method for manufacturing same, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing an electroconductive tungsten oxide carrying a platinum nanodendrite applicable as an anode catalyst having a strong resistance to carbon monoxide poisoning in a direct methanol fuel cell. The platinum nanodendrite-electroconductive tungsten oxide nanowire catalyst according to the present invention illustrates remarkably improved resistance to carbon monoxide poisoning when compared with a common platinum nanoparticle carbon catalyst, and so, may be used as a highly efficient DMFC anode catalyst.

A microdroplet or microparticle with Janus or core-shell internal morphology, which is obtained under the control of phase separation of high-concentration NIPAAm formed at 25° C. or more in a microfluidic device, is provided. The microdroplet or microparticle shows an anisotropic volume change according to a change in temperature, and can also serve as a fat-soluble/water-soluble carrier, and thus can be used as a new material for medical supplies in the field of various applications in the future.

Disclosed are a speech recognition error correction method and an apparatus thereof. The speech recognition error correction method includes determining a likelihood that a speech recognition result is erroneous, and if the likelihood that the speech recognition result is erroneous is higher than a predetermined standard, generating a parallel corpus according to whether the speech recognition result matches the correct answer corpus, generating a speech recognition model based on the parallel corpus, and correcting an erroneous speech recognition result based on the speech recognition model and the language model. Accordingly, speech recognition errors are corrected.
