A display region of the transparent display device includes light a transmission area (12) and a light shield area (11). At least one silicon solar cell is disposed in a partial area of the light transmission area (12). The silicon solar cell is configured to absorb optical energy in the direction perpendicular to the light transmission direction of the light transmission area (12) and convert the optical energy into electric energy.

A portion of the second active layer directly opposite to the first gate has a second doping concentration, and the second doping concentration is lower than the first doping concentration.
