摘要： A novel data communication device includes a switching mechanism, a detector, a storage, a measuring unit, a comparator, and a controller. In at least one embodiment, the switching mechanism is configured to connect and disconnect a facsimile device to and from a communication line used in common by the data communication device and the facsimile device. The detector is configured to detect an off-hook state of the facsimile device. The storage is configured to store a delay time. The measuring unit is configured to measure a reference time and a dialing detection time. The comparator is configured to compare the reference time and the dialing detection time. The controller is configured to enable or disable a facsimile priority function depending on whether or not the reference time and the dialing detection time are substantially equal to each other.

The plurality of spacers are located in a manner that a plurality of spacer columns, each column include the plurality of spacers arranged side by side with gaps therebetween in a first direction, are arranged side by side with gaps therebetween in a second direction, the first direction being a direction parallel to one side of the first substrate, the second direction being a direction perpendicular to the first direction. The plurality of spacers which constitute each spacer column are located staggered in the first direction with respect to the plurality of spacers which constitute adjacent other spacer column.

摘要： Photocatalytic coating compositions contain a photocatalytic material such as obtained by doping nitrogen atoms to an interstitial site of metal oxide crystals, a titanium compound having a specific structure, an organosilane hydrolysate having a specific structure, and an organosiloxane oligomer having a specific structure. The photocatalytic coating compositions can give coating films that exhibit adequate photocatalytic action even in an environment with less spectral components having wavelengths of 400 nm or below and more visible light, for example in an indoor environment and in vehicle interiors having UV protection glass, and that have high transparency. Further, the photocatalytic coating compositions have good storage stability of dispersions.

摘要： An insulation resistance drop detector 50 and a method of detecting a state of malfunction of the detector 50 are provided. When open of a coupling capacitor Co or malfunction of a lowpass filter 53 is occurred, a time constant of the low pass filter 53 is decreased and a rising time of an output of the lowpass filter 53 against an output of a pulse signal P1 becomes shorter than that in a state of normal. Thereby, malfunction of the detector 50 can be detected based on the output of the filter 53 corresponding to change of frequency of the pulse signal P1.

摘要： A plate-like grid having a plurality of beam apertures and a plate-like molding tool are prepared. The molding tool has spacer forming holes and hole forming portions which are situated individually around the spacer forming holes to define the spacer forming holes and are formed of a UV transmitting material. The molding tool is brought in contact with a surface of the grid, whereby an assembly composed of the molding tool and the grid is formed. An ultraviolet-curing spacer forming material is filled into the spacer forming holes of the molding tool before or after the formation of the assembly. Ultraviolet rays are applied to the filled spacer forming material directly or through the hole forming portions, whereby the spacer forming material is cured. Thereafter, the molding tool is separated from the grid with the cured spacer forming material left on the grid.
