摘要: A voltage detection method includes: outputting a corresponding one of voltages to be an input voltage according to a clock signal, a first detection signal, a reset signal and multiple first bits; generating the reset signal according to the clock signal and multiple currents, wherein the voltages and the currents are generated based on a power supply voltage; comparing the input voltage with a reference voltage to generate a second detection signal, and generating the first detection signal according to the second detection signal and an enable signal; and adjusting the first bits by a digital circuit according to the second detection signal during a trimming phase to determine the first bits, and outputting the first bits by the digital circuit and resetting the digital circuit according to the first detection signal during a voltage detection phase.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a battery current monitoring method, a controller and a circuit. The method is applied to a current monitoring circuit, the current monitoring circuit includes a hall sensor, a controller and a constant voltage source. The current monitoring method includes: acquiring, by the controller, an output voltage of the constant voltage source and a first analog-to-digital conversion value of the output voltage of the constant voltage source; determining an analog-to-digital conversion correction coefficient based on the output voltage of the constant voltage source and the first analog-to-digital conversion value; acquiring a second analog-to-digital conversion value of an output voltage of the hall sensor and a third analog-to-digital conversion value of a supply voltage of the hall sensor; and determining the battery current based on the analog-to-digital conversion correction coefficient, the second analog-to-digital conversion value and the third analog-to-digital conversion value.

摘要: A measuring apparatus ascertains measurement information relating to an input voltage. The measuring apparatus contains an operational amplifier having first and second inputs, and an output for providing the measurement information. The measuring apparatus further has a first input node for coupling to a first pole of the input voltage, and a first isolation resistor which connects the first input node to the first input of the operational amplifier. Moreover, the measuring apparatus contains a second input node for coupling to a second pole of the input voltage, and a second isolation resistor which connects the second input node to the second input of the operational amplifier. The measuring apparatus further has a feedback resistor which connects the output of the operational amplifier to the first input of the operational amplifier, and a reference resistor which connects the second input of the operational amplifier to a reference potential.

摘要: In a system and method for correcting a stress-impaired signal in a circuit, a calibration circuit produces a first calibrated voltage based on a base-emitter voltage of one or more pnp transistors, a second calibrated voltage based on a base-emitter voltage of one or more npn transistors, and a voltage proportional to absolute temperature. A set of reference values are generated based on these voltages. A gain correction factor is calculated based on a function of the set of reference values and a set of temperature-dependent values, and the stress-impaired signal is corrected based on the gain correction factor.

摘要: A method for estimating a fundamental component of an AC voltage includes receiving a timely varying measurement signal of the AC voltage; parametrizing a fundamental component of the AC voltage; and determining parameters of the fundamental component based on minimizing a cost function. The fundamental component has a rated frequency, a variable amplitude and a variable phase shift. The cost function is based on an integral of a norm of a difference between the measurement signal and the parametrized fundamental component via a time horizon. The time horizon starts at an actual time point and goes back via a predefined length. The cost function includes a term based on a norm of the difference between a value of the fundamental component at the actual time point and a value of a previously estimated fundamental component at the actual time point, where the previously estimated fundamental component has been determined for a previous time point.
