Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to indicate to a base station a distribution of transmit antennas and receive antennas across a set of antenna panels, and the base station may configure resource sets for reference signal transmissions from the antenna panels based on the indicated distribution. In a first example, the UE may be configured to indicate a respective number of transmit antennas and receive antennas at each antenna panel. In a second example, the UE may be configured to indicate a sum of transmit antennas and a sum of receive antennas across all antenna panels, along with information on how the transmit antennas and receive antennas are distributed. Based on the indication, the base station may configure resource sets for reference signal transmission on sets of ports in resources of the resource sets.

The UE may receive scheduling information that indicates a time domain overlap of scheduled transmissions associated with the uplink control channel and the uplink shared channel, and a multiplexing configuration for the UE which indicates whether the UE is to multiplex the uplink control information on the uplink control channel or whether the UE is to multiplex the uplink control information on the uplink shared channel.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for using automatic gain control symbols to indicate a sidelink mini-slot. A method performed by a transmitting user equipment includes transmitting, during a first time portion of a symbol within a slot, a first beam associated with a first receiving user equipment. The first time portion of the symbol is configured to indicate that the first receiving user equipment will receive another transmission from the transmitting user equipment during a first mini-slot within the slot associated with the first time portion. The method may further include transmitting, during a second time portion of the symbol within the slot, a second beam associated with a second receiving user equipment. A user equipment (UE) may determine a capability to support a mode of uplink control information (UCI) transmission corresponding to transmitting the UCI on an uplink control channel and an uplink signal on an uplink shared channel when the resources of the uplink control channel and the resources of the uplink shared channel are at least partially overlapping. In a first UCI transmission mode, the UE may transmit UCI on an uplink control channel with resources that overlap with an uplink shared channel. In another UCI transmission mode, the UE may multiplex the UCI in the uplink shared channel. The base station may transmit a configuration indicating to the UE to use a UCI transmission mode. The UE may transmit UCI on the uplink control channel and uplink signal on the uplink shared channel based on the configuration.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for communicating a dynamically scheduled transmission that overwrites a transmission in a semi-static scheduling occasion. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a first control message, activating a first semi-static scheduling configuration and a second semi-static scheduling configuration for full duplex communication, wherein: the first semi-static scheduling configuration comprises a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) occasion and the second semi-static scheduling configuration comprises a configured grant (CG) occasion. The method may further include receiving a second control message dynamically scheduling a transmission that overwrites a downlink transmission in the SPS occasion or an uplink transmission in the CG occasion and taking one or more actions to communicate at least the transmission that overwrites the downlink transmission in the SPS occasion or the uplink transmission in the CG occasion.
