Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) and a network entity may support one or more configuration- or signaling-based mechanisms according to which the network entity may configure one or more maxRank values and maximum number of ports values and according to which the UE may interpret one more downlink control information (DCI) fields to identify, ascertain, or otherwise determine information associated with a codebook (CB)-based uplink shared channel message. For example, the UE may support a first interpretation of DCI fields if a first quantity of maxRank values or maximum number of ports values are indicated and may support a second interpretation of DCI fields if a second quantity of maxRank values or maximum number of ports values are indicated.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The UE may receive signaling configuring the UE with first and second sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets. The UE may receive a first downlink control information (DCI) that schedules a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and indicates a first sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator (SRI) value, and a second DCI that schedules a second PUSCH and indicates a second SRI value. The UE may determine SRS resources indicated by the first and second SRI values based on an association between control resource set (CORESET) pool index values and the first and second SRS resource sets. The UE may transmit the first PUSCH indicated by the first SRI value and the second PUSCH indicated by the second SRI value, in accordance with the determination.

The UE may receive, from the network node, beam information that indicates a plurality of transmission configuration indication (TCI) states to apply to transmit a PUCCH using a PUCCH resource associated with a PUCCH format. The UE may determine a transmission mode in which to transmit the PUCCH based at least in part on the beam information, wherein the transmission mode includes one or more of the SFN mode, a time division multiplexing (TDM) mode, or a single TCI state mode. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that support various configurations that enable repetitions of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission according to a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration. A user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) associated with a PDSCH configuration and an SPS configuration. The UE may determine a number of PDSCH repetitions for a PDSCH transmission (e.g., an SPS PDSCH transmission) based on a rule associated with a priority between time domain resource allocation (TDRA) entries and configured repetition factors in an SPS configuration or a PDSCH configuration. The repetition number may be included in the TDRA entry, and the UE may receive a number of PDSCH repetitions based on a value of the PDSCH repetition number, or one instance of PDSCH may be received in each SPS period.
