Abstract: A UE may receive a BFD-RS and calculate, based on the BFD-RS, one or more of a value of an RSSI or at least one of a value of an SNR or a value of an RSRP, such that the UE may report a BFI based on the calculated values. The UE may initiate at least one of a total BFI timer or a consecutive BFI timer when a first BFI of a plurality of BFIs is stored, and increment at least one of a total BFI counter or a consecutive BFI counter when each of the plurality of BFIs is stored. A BFD procedure may be performed if at least one of the total BFI counter is greater than or equal to a maximum total count or the consecutive BFI counter is greater than or equal to a maximum consecutive count prior to an expiration of respective BFI timers.

Abstract: The base station may transmit a mode switch indication to a UE to switch from a first duplex mode to a second duplex mode. The UE may activate or deactivate one or more antenna panels and the UE and the base station may communicate with each other based on the mode switch indication. The second duplex mode may be FD mode, and the mode switch indication may be transmitted a threshold number of symbols or slots prior to the FD symbols. The slot format pattern may not include FD symbol, and the base station and the UE may communicate bidirectional signals in FD mode using the flexible symbols. The second duplex mode may be HD mode. The slot format pattern may include the FD symbols, and the base station and the UE may transmit or receive signals in HD mode using the FD symbols as the flexible symbols.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a transmit UE, a sidelink wake-up signal (WUS) that indicates the UE is to monitor a first subset of resources, of a set of resources, for sidelink control information (SCI) from the transmit UE, the set of resources being associated with an active monitoring state of a discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle. The UE may monitor the first subset of resources for the SCI. The UE may sense for signals associated with a sidelink control signal, the sidelink control signal being associated with at least one other UE, using a second subset of resources, of the set of resources. In some aspects, a transmitter device may transmit, using a frequency-domain beam sweeping configuration, a wideband signal, wherein a pointing direction of a first beam conveying the wideband signal changes continuously with respect to a frequency domain, and wherein each resource element of the wideband signal has a different pointing direction. The transmitter device may receive a report associated with a set of measurements of the wideband signal performed by a receiver device. Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure allow a base station to simultaneously send SSBs to a UE and to associate different ROs or designated subsets of preambles with the simultaneously transmitted SSBs. The base station may configure a time or frequency offset for different ROs, or a number of preamble cyclic shifts associated with the SSBs. The base station then simultaneously sends a plurality of SSBs to the UE, where each of the SSBs is associated with a different beam, and where each of the SSBs is associated with a different RO or a designated subset of preambles. After the UE simultaneously obtains the SSBs from the base station, the UE may determine the offset for one of the different ROs, or the number of preamble cyclic shifts associated with one of the SSBs. The UE may then send a preamble to the base station in response to the determination.

A receiver UE may receive, from a transmitter UE sent to multiple UEs over a sidelink channel, during a portion of a sidelink DRX active duration, a first message comprising an indication of one or more first adjustments to a sidelink DRX configuration or DRX operation, and determine whether to respond to the indication based on parameters of the receiver UE.
