Abstract: A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) and related apparatus are provided. In the method, the UE receives from a network entity a configuration for layer 1 (L1) or layer 2 (L2) mobility cell for a set of cells that are able to be activated or deactivated for data or control transmission using L1 or L2 signaling. The configuration includes at least one cell that supports L1 or L2 activation as a special cell (SpCell). The UE further receives from the network entity L1 or L2 signaling for one or more configured cells or one or more configured groups of cells in the set of cells carrying information about activation, deactivation, or update of the SpCell, or update of a group of cells with SpCell, and communicates via one or more activated cells in the set of cells based on the L1 or L2 signaling.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration of a set of cells that support at least one of layer 1 (L1) signaling mobility or layer 2 (L2) signaling mobility, wherein each cell, of the set of cells, is associated with a special cell (SpCell) configuration. The UE may receive, via one of L1 signaling or L2 signaling, an indication of a cell, of the set of cells, to serve as an SpCell. Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating signaling of network coding information to facilitate feedback processing are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a transmitting device includes encoding data packets based on a first network coding and transmitting encoded data packets to a receiving device. The example method also includes receiving network coding information and determining a second network coding applied by the receiving device based on the network coding information. Additionally, the example method includes receiving feedback from the receiving device and decoding the encoded data packets based on the second network coding applied by the receiving device. Further, the example method includes updating the first network coding applied by the transmitting device based on the feedback and the decoding of the encoded data packets.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for supporting network transmissions using unicast sidelink communications. A base station (BS) may transmit a set of encoded packets to a number of user equipment (UEs) and receive feedback messages from the UEs that indicate sets of decoded packets. Based on the feedback messages, the BS may transmit an updated set of encoded packets based on a difference between the set of encoded packets and the union of decoded packets. The BS may transmit an instruction to a first UE to transmit a unicast sidelink communication to a second UE that includes a set of missed packets that includes one or more decoded packets that were decoded by the first UE but were not decoded by the second UE. The first UE may transmit the unicast sidelink communication to the second UE.
