    Abstract: A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) and related apparatus are provided. In the method, the UE receives from a network entity a configuration for layer 1 (L1) or layer 2 (L2) mobility cell for a set of cells that are able to be activated or deactivated for data or control transmission using L1 or L2 signaling. The configuration includes at least one cell that supports L1 or L2 activation as a special cell (SpCell). The UE further receives from the network entity L1 or L2 signaling for one or more configured cells or one or more configured groups of cells in the set of cells carrying information about activation, deactivation, or update of the SpCell, or update of a group of cells with SpCell, and communicates via one or more activated cells in the set of cells based on the L1 or L2 signaling.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration of a set of cells that support at least one of layer 1 (L1) signaling mobility or layer 2 (L2) signaling mobility, wherein each cell, of the set of cells, is associated with a special cell (SpCell) configuration. The UE may receive, via one of L1 signaling or L2 signaling, an indication of a cell, of the set of cells, to serve as an SpCell.     Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating signaling of network coding information to facilitate feedback processing are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a transmitting device includes encoding data packets based on a first network coding and transmitting encoded data packets to a receiving device. The example method also includes receiving network coding information and determining a second network coding applied by the receiving device based on the network coding information. Additionally, the example method includes receiving feedback from the receiving device and decoding the encoded data packets based on the second network coding applied by the receiving device. Further, the example method includes updating the first network coding applied by the transmitting device based on the feedback and the decoding of the encoded data packets.

    Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication by a user equipment, comprising receiving a Layer 1/Layer 2 (L1/L2) mobility configuration for each cell in a configured cell set, wherein the L1/L2 mobility configuration identifies one or more primary cell configurations for each secondary cell in the configured cell set, one or more secondary cell configurations for each primary cell in the configured cell set, and a measurement configuration for each cell in the configured cell set. The implementations further include measuring signals from each cell of the configured cell set according to the measurement configuration.
