    Abstract: An electronic apparatus and a method in a wireless communication system are disclosed. The electronic apparatus comprises processing circuitry configured to train a beam adjustment model for adaptive beamforming with training data, so that the beam adjustment model outputs, for any movement path of a user equipment, beam information which enables a beam adjustment time interval meeting a performance requirement of the user equipment to be optimized. According to embodiments of the disclosure, the beam adjustment model is trained by taking the beam adjustment time interval as an optimization target, and adaptive beamforming is performed using the trained beam adjustment model, so that it is possible to significantly reduce system overhead and measurement and processing overhead for beam adjustment, while ensuring communication performance of the user equipment.

    Abstract: Provided in the present disclosure are a spectrum management device and method, a geographic location database, a coexistence discovery device, and subsystems for use in a radio communication system comprising a main system and subsystems. The spectrum management device comprises: a processing circuit, which is configured to: acquire spectrum usage information and spectrum adjustment capability information of subsystems managed by the spectrum management device, the spectrum usage information corresponding to information related to used spectrums assigned to and used by each subsystem, the spectrum adjustment capability information corresponding to information related to whether the subsystems support a spectrum adjustment operation, and an adjustment of the spectrums of the subsystems managed by the spectrum management device is determined on the basis of the spectrum usage information and the spectrum adjustment capability information, thus the interference caused by the subsystems as a result of spectrum usage to the main system is limited within a permissible range of the main system. The spectrum management device and method, the geographic location database, the coexistence discovery device, and the subsystems of the present disclosure achieve highly efficient use of spectrum resources.

The apparatus in a radio communications system comprises an estimation unit and a statistics collection unit. The estimation unit is used for estimating a signal receiving strength of each of multiple transmission positions, compared with a signal transmission strength of each of one or more possible transmission positions of a first-type node of a to-be-test communications system on a transmission resource block.     Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a method and an apparatus for antenna management. The method comprises that resource use status data are collected from managed access networks, access networks which participate antenna scheduling are selected from the managed access networks according to the resource use status data to compose an antenna scheduling set, wherein access networks using same spectrum resources are composed in the same antenna scheduling set; radio links of each access network in the antenna scheduling set are divided into one or more radio link clusters; radio resources are allocated to every radio link cluster in the antenna scheduling set in order that mutual interferences among all the radio link clusters in said antenna scheduling set are within a preset range; and radio resource allocation results are sent to the access network that the radio link clusters belong to. The said method and apparatus enable as many access networks as possible to work at the same time within an interference allowed range using the same spectrum resource, increasing spectrum multiplex opportunity and realizing high resource use rate.

The device includes a management module used for storing and updating transformation situations of use statuses of the network resources of a primary user, wherein the transformation situations comprise each of a plurality of use statuses of the network resources transforming to other use status; and a determination module used for predicting a use status of the network resources of the primary user in current period in accordance with a use status of the network resources of the primary user in a period prior to the current period and other use status transformed from the use status in the period prior to the current period in the transformation situations under the condition of predicting the resources in the current period, and determining network resources which may be used by a secondary user in the current period depending on the predicted use status in the current period. The invention may predict the use statuses of the network resources of the primary user in the current period reasonably, thereby decreasing the time of sensing and overcoming the hysteresis of the secondary user for using the resources.
