    Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a resource determination and information sending method and device, a storage medium and a processor. The resource determination method includes: receiving configuration information, the configuration information carrying indication information for indicating information of a Physical Resource Block (PRB) that supports resource assignment for a terminal with a subcarrier Resource Unit (RU) as a minimum granularity; receiving information carrying a resource assignment field, a Resource Indication Value (RIV) of a specified field in the resource assignment field being used for indicating resource information assigned to the terminal; and determining, according to the indication information and the RIV, a resource assigned to the terminal.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for providing pre-configured dedicated resources for communications during the RRC (radio resource control) idle state, thereby enabling significant energy savings during the communication of small data packets, are described. One exemplary method for wireless communication includes transmitting a first message comprising an indication of pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources for a communication between the network device and a terminal, and receiving information from the terminal over the pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources, wherein the terminal is in an idle mode and is without an established RRC connection. Another exemplary method for wireless communication includes receiving a first message comprising an indication of pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources for a communication between a network device and the terminal, and transmitting, while in the idle mode and without an established RRC connection, information over the pre-configured terminal-specific dedicated resources.

    Abstract: Provided are an information transmission method, a base station, a terminal and a computer-readable storage medium. The information transmission method includes: a base station sending a first message. The first message includes at least one of: at least one set of channel quality threshold values, where each of the at least one set of channel quality threshold values includes at least one channel quality threshold value; or a deviation value relative to the at least one channel quality threshold value. The at least one channel quality threshold value is set according to at least one following type of channel quality: reference signal receiving power, a reference signal receiving quality, a downlink signal to interference plus noise ratio, a downlink signal to noise ratio, an uplink signal to interference plus noise ratio, an uplink signal to noise ratio, a downlink path loss, or an uplink path loss.

    Abstract: Provided are a cell reselection method and device, a closed subscriber group (CSG) verification method and device, and a storage medium. The cell reselection method includes: a user equipment (UE) acquiring CSG information of a neighboring cell from a network side; and the UE determining a cell allowing access according to the acquired CSG information of the neighboring cell. The CSG verification method includes: after access of a UE having a CSG subscription attribute, a base station reporting CSG verification information of a serving cell and a neighboring cell of the UE to a mobility management entity (MME); and the base station acquiring CSG verification result information of the UE from the MME and storing the CSG verification result information, where the CSG verification result information is acquired by the MME through completing CSG verification of the UE in the serving cell and the neighboring cell according to the CSG verification information reported by the base station and subscription information of the UE acquired from a network side. The solution can reduce power consumption of a UE.
