    摘要: Techniques are described to adjust transmission rates. For example, in a dual-connectivity system, a first communication node can be in communication with a first network node and a second network node. The first communication node may receive from a first network node a first message that includes a recommended bit rate for an ongoing communication between the first communication node and a second communication node. In some embodiments, the first communication node can, in response to receiving the first message, send an acknowledgment or a non-acknowledgment indicator to the first network node indicating that the first communication node accepts or rejects the recommended bit rate.
