    摘要: A continuous element slide fastener, which includes: a pair of support tapes, arranged in parallel, wherein a gap is formed between the pair of support tapes, each of the support tapes is formed with a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged; and a pair of continuous-type coupling elements, respectively disposed at an inner edge of each of the second surfaces of the pair of support tapes, wherein each of the continuous-type coupling elements is formed with a connection surface and a fastening surface which are oppositely arranged, and the connection surface is formed with a first protrusion; when the slide fastener is in a coupled status, the highest positions of the first protrusions of the pair of continuous-type coupling elements are located in the gap, and the highest positions of the first protrusions are higher than the second surfaces.

A substrate tape includes a first main side having a rough surface structure perceptible to the eye and/or the touch and a second main side opposite to the first main side. A gripping member is affixed to a longitudinal edge of the first main side of the substrate tape. A cover sheet is made of an artificial flexible material and has a 5 top surface provided with a predetermined design and a bottom layer made of a thermoformable material having a predetermined thickness. The bottom layer is attached to the second main side of the substrate tape such that the surface structure of the second main side of the substrate tape is not perceivable through the cover sheet.

    摘要: An incorporated slide fastener that is incorporated simultaneously with the weaving of the fastener tape for a zigzag-type continuous element. The weft yarn of the fastener tape is woven with one thread traversing and doubling back in the tape width direction, forming a set of two threads. Fastener elements have: engaging heads; first and second leg portions that each extend in the width direction of the tape; first connecting portions that connect first legs that are adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the tape; and second connecting parts that connect second legs that are adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the tape. Of the two yarns configuring the weft yarn, one yarn is woven diagonally straddling the first surface of a first leg and the second surface of a second leg of adjacent fastener elements.

    摘要: String core-free invisible zipper structure including a pair of zipper belts and zipper teeth windingly extended and continuously lengthwise sewn along the inward folded edge of each zipper belt. Each zipper tooth has an upper and a lower leg sections and a head section. The gap between the upper and lower leg sections of the zipper tooth is gradually converged from the head section of the zipper tooth to the heels of the upper and lower leg sections, whereby the extensible tolerance of the connecting section between the upper and lower leg sections of adjacent zipper teeth is reduced and the deformation of the zipper teeth caused by lateral pull is reduced. Therefore, the zipper teeth have sufficient buckling strength and the possibility of disengagement of the zipper teeth is minimized. Therefore, the string core passing through the zipper teeth is no more necessary for reinforcing the anti-pull strength of the zipper teeth.

    摘要: Method and device for manufacturing string core-free invisible zipper. Without string core, the molded zipper racks are separately and directly loosely reversely fed into the needle seat of the machine. The fabric belts are at the same time fed into the needle seat for sewing the zipper racks thereon. Prior to feeding the racks into the needle seat, it is no more necessary to use a rack separating bar to forcedly stretch open the two racks. Accordingly, the zipper racks are prevented from being tensioned and deformed or curled and the pitch will be unified. The slider can be more smoothly slided without being obstructed. The teeth of the racks can more firmly mesh with each other.

    摘要: A woven slide fastener stringer which includes a row of coiled coupling elements woven into one longitudinal edge portion of a woven stringer tape with a stuffer cord and upper and lower core threads extending longitudinally through a space defined in the coupling elements. Foundation warp threads and a foundation weft thread laid in double picks cooperate with the upper core thread to weave upper legs in the longitudinal tape edge portion. Binding warp threads underlying lower legs and interlaced at appropriate positions with the foundation weft thread, and the lower core thread are interlaced with a binding weft thread laid in double picks to weave the lower legs into the longitudinal tape edge portion. The binding weft thread is thinner than the foundation weft thread and aligned in parallel juxtaposition with the foundation weft thread in a region of the stringer tape excluding the longitudinal tape edge portion. With this arrangement, the coupling elements can be firmly and stably secured to the longitudinal tape edge portion, and the stringer has a desired flexibility.

    摘要: A sliding clasp fastener having woven supporting tapes and woven-in prefabricated rows of interlocking members each formed helically from a plastics monofilament, in which the interlocking members, seen in a projection on the plane of the sliding clasp fastener, have limbs superimposed on at least the interlock side, interlocking heads protruding beyond the edges of the supporting tapes, an inserted core and attachment sections. Each row of interlocking members is attached to the top face of its supporting tape by binding chain threads engaging the interlock side of each interlocking member and at least one wrapping thread engaging the attachment sections and the core and attaching them to the supporting tapes. The binding chain threads are crossed over between successive interlocking members. The wrapping threads pass around the binding chain threads in a loop between successive interlocking members. The attachment sections, seen in a projection on the plane of the sliding clasp fastener, are disposed in the middle of the interlocking members, some distance from the interlocking heads but also some distance from the rearward return loops. The binding chain threads are disposed in the supporting tapes beneath the middle of the interlocking members and drawn on to the attachment sections by the loops of the wrapping threads which pass partly around the attachment sections.
