    Abstract: This application provides a parameter configuration method and a communications apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, an indication of a first mapping relationship from a network device, where the first mapping relationship is a mapping relationship in a preconfigured first mapping relationship group, and the first mapping relationship group includes at least one mapping relationship, to indicate at least one correspondence between a reporting quantity of spatial domain vectors and a reporting quantity of frequency domain vectors; and determining, by the terminal device, the reporting quantity of spatial domain vectors and the reporting quantity of frequency domain vectors based on the first mapping relationship.

    Abstract: A communication method and a communication apparatus are provided. The method includes: a first device first checks a first bit sequence based on a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) code, to obtain a second bit sequence; then divides the second bit sequence into P bit sequences; and generates Q codewords based on the P bit sequences, and sends the Q codewords to a second device through P transport layers. P represents a quantity of transport layers of the first device, P is greater than or equal to 2, and Q is an integer greater than or equal to 2. The first device first checks the first bit sequence based on the CRC code, and then divides the second bit sequence into the P bit sequences, that is, performs code rate allocation.

    Abstract: The method in embodiments of this application includes: A first communication apparatus obtains a first transport block. The first communication apparatus converts the first transport block into S information segments. The first communication apparatus performs pre-processing on the S information segments based on X processing modes, to obtain G information groups, where each of the G information groups corresponds to one of the X processing modes, G is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The first communication apparatus determines C to-be-encoded code blocks based on the G information groups, and a sum of sizes of the C to-be-encoded code blocks is less than a size of the first transport block.
