    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. A terminal device sends first data to a network device in the nth time unit, where n is an integer greater than or equal to 0. The terminal device send second data to the network device when the terminal device does not receive the response message corresponding to the first data before the (n+k)th time unit, wherein the second data is new data which is different from the first data, where k is a positive integer. According to the data transmission method provided in some embodiments of this application, the terminal device may flexibly determine the transmission mode of the second data based on an actual situation, so as to reduce a transmission delay of uplink data and improve transmission reliability of the uplink data.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a terminal device, in which a processing module selects one or more normal carriers or special carriers from a first carrier set for an uplink subframe, where the first carrier set includes all carriers in carrier aggregation that are used by the terminal device to send a first uplink subframe; and a sending module cancels sending of the uplink subframe on one or more carriers, where the special carrier is a carrier on which the terminal device sends neither uplink data nor uplink control information in uplink, and the normal carrier is a carrier that is used by the terminal device to send uplink data and/or uplink control information. An uplink subframe on some carriers is rejected, thereby resolving a problem that information such as a downlink channel characteristic of a carrier cannot be obtained when no uplink reference signal is sent on the carrier.

    Abstract: A downlink control information (DCI) sending method and an apparatus are provided. A base station determines a first channel resource, where the first channel resource is located in the ith time unit of a subframe in a time domain, the subframe includes NT time units, NT is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT; and the base station sends DCI to a terminal device on the first channel resource. In this solution, the first channel resource that carries the DCI is located in the ith time unit of the subframe in the time domain, where i is a positive integer less than or equal to NT. That is, there is a first channel resource in each time unit of the subframe.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, user equipment, and base stations for sending feedback information. One example method includes: sending scheduling information on a downlink control channel to user equipment, wherein the downlink control channel is in a downlink subframe which belongs to a preconfigured downlink subframe set, and the scheduling information is used for scheduling downlink data; determining an uplink subframe for receiving feedback information corresponding to the downlink data, wherein the preconfigured downlink subframe set is a set of downlink subframes that are associated with the uplink subframe and that are of all carriers configured for the user equipment by the base station; sending PUCCH resource indication information to the user equipment for indicating a PUCCH resource.
