    Abstract: This application provides a beam information obtaining method and an apparatus, relates to the field of communications technologies, and resolves a problem that resources of positioning reference signals are wasted because the positioning reference signals need to be omnidirectionally sent because of an unknown direction, of a terminal, caused by use of a beam, when the terminal is positioned in, e.g., a 5G system. The method in this application resolves the problem and saves overheads of sending a reference signal. The method includes: The terminal receives a beam information request sent by a location management device, where the beam information request is used to request the terminal to provide measurement information of a downlink beam. The terminal obtains beam information, where the beam information includes information about a reference signal that is sent by at least one network device and that is measured by the terminal.

    Abstract: This application provides a random access resource configuration method and an apparatus. The method includes: A first network device receives configuration information of a first physical random access channel PRACH resource; the first network device receives location adjustment information, where the location adjustment information is used to indicate to adjust a location of at least a part of the first PRACH resource; the first network device determines a second PRACH resource based on the configuration information of the first PRACH resource and the location adjustment information; and the first network device sends a random access request to a second network device on the second PRACH resource. In the foregoing technical solutions, the first network device can adjust the configured first PRACH resource, and perform random access by using the second PRACH resource obtained after the adjustment.

    Abstract: This application provides a transmission parameter configuration method and an apparatus. The method includes: A first node receives a transmission configuration message, where the transmission configuration message includes transmission configuration index information and a transmission parameter corresponding to the transmission configuration index information, and the transmission configuration index information is used to identify different transmission modes; the first node obtains a transmission indication message, where the transmission indication message includes the transmission configuration index information, and the transmission indication message is used to indicate the first node to apply the transmission parameter corresponding to the transmission configuration index information; and the first node performs, based on the transmission configuration index information, data transmission by using the transmission parameter corresponding to the transmission configuration index information.     Abstract: This application provides an antenna apparatus. The antenna apparatus includes a signal processing module and an antenna. The signal processing module is configured to perform feeding for a signal received or to be sent by the antenna. The antenna is configured to send or receive the signal. The signal processing module is separately connected to the antenna and a radio frequency unit in a pluggable manner. In addition, the signal processing module includes at least a feeding network. By using the antenna apparatus provided in this application, signal processing components are integrated into a pluggable module.     Abstract: A communication method and an apparatus are provided. According to the application, the terminal device may determine, based on a capability of the terminal device, to ignore an improper command, to optimize a problem of switching an active BWP in a carrier aggregation scenario.

    Abstract: This application provides example signal transmission methods and communications apparatuses. One example method includes receiving first configuration information, where the first configuration information includes at least one transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state and a configuration of a tracking reference signal (TRS) of a first channel, and the TRS is a set including a plurality of channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resources. A quasi-colocation (QCL) parameter of the first channel is determined based on one or more of a first CSI-RS resource in a plurality of CSI-RS resources included in a first TRS in the TRS, a first TC state in the at least one TCI state, and a synchronization signal and PBCH block (SSB).
