    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for data transmission or reception performed by a first node in a wireless communication system, the method including: performing a first data transmission or reception to or from a UE on an access link on the basis of a first timing case in an access time duration; and performing a second data transmission or reception to or from a second node or a donor base station on a backhaul link on the basis of a second timing case in a backhaul time duration, wherein downlink transmission timings over the donor base station, the first node, the second node and the UE are aligned in the first timing case, and downlink and uplink transmission timings or downlink and uplink reception timings are aligned in the first node in the second timing case.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting a physical random access channel (PRACH) in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives multiple PRACH configurations which include a first PRACH configuration for new radio access technology (NR) downlink/uplink (DL/UL) carrier in a NR band and a second PRACH configuration for a supplemental UL carrier in a long-term evolution (LTE) band, and transmits at least one of a first PRACH for accessing the NR DL/UL carrier in the NL band by using a first PRACH power based on the first PRACH configuration, or a second PRACH for accessing the supplemental UL carrier in the LTE band by using a second PRACH power based on the second PRACH configuration. The first PRACH configuration and the second PRACH configuration include different PRACH power configurations.

    Abstract: According to the present invention, a common control signal via a group common control channel (GCCC) for a new radio access technology (NR) is defined. A user equipment (UE) receives the common control signal from a network via GCCC. The common control signal is for all UEs or a group of UEs in a cell. The UE handles the priority of the common control signal compared to other signals. For example, the priority of the common control signal may be higher than a semi-static UE-specifically configured configuration, and may be lower than a cell-commonly or group-commonly configured configuration.
