    Abstract: The present application provides a method for transmitting signals, which includes the following. A device determines time-frequency resources for transmitting a first type of system information and a second type of system information according to a synchronizing signal and/or a broadcast channel, determines a reference signal (RS) for demodulating the first type of system information and the second type of system information according to the time-frequency resources, and transmits the first type of system information, the second type of system information and the corresponding reference signal.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for configuring uplink and downlink carriers. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the UE determines according to received uplink and downlink carrier configuration signaling, the pairing between the uplink and downlink carriers, and/or a timing reference downlink carrier for the uplink, and/or a pathloss reference cell for the uplink. Thus, the uplink and downlink carriers may be configured more flexibly. Further, through the configuration of the reference downlink carrier for the uplink timing and the uplink power control, the carrier aggregation performance and that on the unlicensed band may be supported more effectively, so as to improve the performance of the LTE system.

    Abstract: The present application provides a method for transmitting data, which includes the following. A UE detects a physical downlink control channel, PDCCH, on a configured control resource set; the UE analyzes the detected PDCCH, and determines a method for dividing code blocks, CBs, and a method for rate matching of a physical downlink shared channel, PDSCH, and receives the PDSCH accordingly. By the method of the present application, when a service with a low delay requirement punches the time-frequency resources of other services, a performance of the other services is improved as much as possible, and the resource utilization rate is improved as much as possible.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present invention provides a method performed by a terminal comprising, transmitting, to a base station, an uplink signal, identifying hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) related information corresponding to the uplink signal, and adjusting a contention window (CW) for performing an LBT mechanism based on the identified HARQ related information. According to the method provided by the present disclosure, the flexibility that the base station controls the LBT mechanism of the uplink transmission of the UE can be improved, the waste of uplink resources and downlink resources can be avoided, and coexistence with another device can be ensured.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an uplink signal transmission method, user equipment (UE) and base station. When the UE transmits uplink signals in an unlicensed frequency band after receiving uplink synchronization command information, the UE transmits one or more uplink signals according to a predefined time or a time indicated by the base station. The UE determines mapping of an uplink signal according to the predefined time or the indicated time. When provided with the present disclosure, interference between signals of a same type or between signals of different types can be reduced and a signal transmission probability can be improved accordingly.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for transmitting data, including: sensing, by a first device, a scheduling assignment (SA) of another device; measuring a received power of the other device, and measuring a total received energy of a subframe/subband; determining a received power reference value and a total received energy reference value of the other device according to the SA; e selecting resources; and transmitting data using the selected resources. According to the method of the present disclosure, the performance of the method which avoids collision based on SA is improved, and measurement accuracy of the total received energy of the subband is increased. Thus, resource selection/re-selection can be performed better. As such, interferences between devices can be avoided effectively.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for receiving, by a terminal, a scheduling signaling transmitted by a transmitting node; then, deciding, by the terminal, whether a gap is to be reserved between an uplink signal symbol and an uplink physical channel symbol, and determining a time-frequency resource mapping of an uplink signal and/or an uplink physical channel; or, deciding, by the terminal, whether a predefined signal is to be transmitted on a predefined time-frequency resource within an uplink signal symbol, and determining a time-frequency resource mapping of an uplink signal and/or an uplink physical channel; transmitting, by the terminal, the uplink physical channel and/or the uplink signal, or quitting scheduling and transmitting the uplink physical channel and/or the uplink signal. Thus, when an uplink signal is transmitted on the basis of an LBT, mutual hindrance between an uplink physical channel and an uplink detection signal is effectively reduced.
