    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device (OLED) including: a substrate including a plurality of pixel units; first electrodes disposed in the pixel units; first subsidiary electrodes completely covering the top surfaces of corresponding ones of the first electrodes; first electrode protection units disposed on edges of the first electrodes on which the first subsidiary electrodes are not disposed; a pixel defining layer disposed on the substrate, having holes to expose the first electrodes; a light emission layer; and a second electrode disposed on the light emission layer.
