To be able to monitor the presence of an inexpensive insulation part (18) in a user-friendly manner, it is provided according to the invention that the insulation part (18) comprises a ferromagnetic body (26) and that a sensor (27) for detecting the ferromagnetic body (26) is provided on the housing (10), said sensor being connected to a monitoring circuit (29), which, in the absence of an insulation part (18), outputs a warning signal.

摘要: A method for preparing a precoated sheet is provided. The method includes providing a precoated sheet having a metallic substrate with a precoating on at least one of its faces and removing through laser ablation at least a portion of the precoating on the at least one face of the precoated sheet in a removal zone. The ablation step is carried out in an installation. The installation includes at least one protective element having a protective surface. During the ablation step, the protective surface contacts the precoated sheet in a contact area in register with the laser beam as the laser beam removes the portion of the precoating. A plane tangent to the protective surface at the contact area forms a dihedral angle with the plane of the face of the precoated sheet. This angle is strictly smaller than 90°.

摘要: A method for the generative production of a component and a device for carrying out such a method, includes the following steps: applying a material layer with a constant layer thickness; solidifying a region of the material layer according to a component cross section; generating an eddy-current scan of the solidified region, a scan depth corresponding to a multiple of the layer thickness; determining a material characterization of the solidified region taking into consideration a previous eddy-current scan of solidified regions of lower-lying material layers; and repeating the steps until the component is assembled. An electric material characterization of each individual layer is determined using a recursive algorithm of individual measurements (monolayer by monolayer), and thus the entire component is tested step by step completely in a highly resolved manner.

摘要: A laser cladding apparatus includes a powder supplier to supply metal powder to a portion to be processed, a laser to irradiate the portion to be processed with laser so as to melt the metal powder for cladding, and a controller. The powder supplier includes a gas pressure gauge, and the controller stores, as an initial value, a gas pressure value measured by the gas pressure gauge when the metal powder supplied by the gas pressure reaches the portion to be cladding-processed. In operation after storing the initial value, the controller sets, as a reference time, timing when the gas pressure gauge measures a same pressure as the initial value, and outputs a start signal for laser irradiation to the laser based on the reference time.

The invention is also related to the use of an astigmatism lens and to a method for forming a three dimensional article.

The jet of liquid has a diameter of preferably 60 m or less and the flow of gas has a diameter of 1-2 mm.
